DUPED! NO REFUND FOR MISTAKEN PURCHASE
I was looking for the amazon fire stick remote and chose this one by mistake. No cost was listed in the App Store, and when I downloaded I used my fingerprint and then it was too late when I saw the cost of $19.99 plus tax. I immediately went to apple, explained what happened and submitted a claim for a refund. That claim was declined, not once but twice. Great customer service, right? Had I walked into a store and purchased an item, immediately realized it wasn’t what I thought, my purchase would be refunded. I will be reporting this as fraud with my credit card.
