Since there isn’t many ways to earn enough “gifts” to read the novel for free I decided to purchase the coin package and download the chapters. There were only 60 chapters in the story with the claim of novels updated daily. Two days later no updates have been made and there is no real way to contact them. The online help page gives you 2 choices ask a question on Facebook or call overseas. Not worth it, I also noticed that some of the novels are the same as other names with just a different title. If you like reading these novels it’s better to use only free credits or find the book on a more reputable site with an actual customer service. Now I’m afraid my card has been compromised so I am checking my account daily.

I have read a couple of books on here and have enjoyed them. However Beenovel kicks me out and then doesn’t let me back in at times. Some days I’m not able to access at all.

If I could buy the book after I start enjoying it that would be great, but to keep buying until your at a point you wouldn’t pay this much for a book unless it was an award winning author is disgraceful.

I've been using app for about a week. Today as I used purchased coin to read on it lets me read 1 page then request that I buy the chapter again. This is disappointing as I'm 113 chapters into this book.

Too much I spent for a book that’s written really bad, lots of mistakes, messing up names, places etc, but I did like the story that’s the only reason why I bought coins. Now I won’t waste any more money.

I love Beenovel , I don't mind spending money for coins the book I'm reading is just that good! But I will like to see more ways to earn more gifts. Like finish 50 chapters and get 15 gifts.
P.S. read Obsession with Mr.Right it's a good book so many plot twist, author actually updates book frequently.

I have spent SO much money on one stupid story and I’m on chapter 1240 and it’s still dragging along. I have to wait for more chapters and can’t read it at my speed even tho I’ve paid more for it then I even realized. The grammar and spelling are awful and the names and story line get messed up so much. This is literally the biggest joke ever. I started reading this story when I was about 5 months pregnant and my baby is 7 months old and im still reading it cause I have to wait for the author to update chapters at their pleasure instead of just uploading the whole book and charging a flat rate for it. F**K Beenovel.

Chose £19.99 coin purchase. It took £50.00 and to top it al…. It hasn’t applied the purchase on the app for me!,, still trying to get a refund. Ist attempt wasn’t approved. Could have bought 7 x paperback novels!!!
