This is the most reliable and informative app available for your monthly self breast exams. When I was diagnosed in 2018 with breast cancer I immediately stepped into a role of advocacy for early detection. This app has been my go to recommendation for friends and family and they’ve ALL loved it! It’s has accurate instructions, it’s fun and playful with such cute graphics. Also, who doesn’t love a good reminder. I get mine monthly. Check ya tattas💗💗

Keep A Breast has finally made an app that not only educates you on how to self-check your breasts but also connects you to virtual care, discussion points for doctor visits and local resources! I set up an alert to remind me to check my breasts on a monthly basis. It’s such an easy app to navigate. I love the layout, design and overall message of this app and the Keep A Breast organization!

I don’t want to lose my friends or have my friends lose their boobies. I shared the KAB app with all my friends and make them use it regularly. I lost mine last year to a double mastectomy but it was early detection that saved my life! Check your boobs! This app will help you remember.
