Helpful and Easy to use
this app app is easy to use and very helpful to collect and track self-reported symptom data. Also has ability to set reminders to log how one is feeling everyday. The team is on the ground and quick to help. Definitely recommend and approve.

Intuitive and Sleek
The design is neutral and easy to use. My confirmation email came right away. There is a mention of seasonal allergies so the critiques of previous commenters are unfounded. It’s smarter to stay home if you are sick regardless of what caused it. University responses to COVID vary but hopefully this app will help with contact tracing somewhat. My only critique is the app doesn’t seem to have a “feedback” screen to show that it is loading. After entering my email I couldn’t tell if the app was frozen or if it was thinking.

PLEASE ADD NOTIFCATIONS
PLEASE let there be push notifications for this app to remind us to fill it out. With the new SUNY policy, forgetting to fill out the app for three days in a row could lead to suspension. Not all of us will easily remember to push a few buttons on a random app we aren’t used to using. This app would greatly benefit from adding push notifications that appear once or twice a day to remind students to fill it out. PLEASE!
