Downloaded the free version to try but already looking at purchasing. This is a simple app with what I need. I like that I don’t need to sign-in to anything, simple and clean interface and has a very good library of stretches. As a male that was looking for a simple app for incorporating stretching into my daily routine, all the apps I first came across where geared towards a more feminine experience or just overkill, feeling more like joining a yoga cult. This app was the only I came across that was very neutral and dead simple. Keep it simple forever!

Update: thank you so much to the developer for listening to me, and restoring the posture reset. I cannot believe you guys did that! Also I love all the changes to the new update with the little picture popping over to show the next exercise and the pause in between each to get set up for the next pose. Original: Overall I think this is a cheap app for following a basic yoga routine. But they had an office type stretch that they got rid of and that was the sole reason I bought the app.

I like this stretching app much better than other ones out there. It doesn’t have any ads and you don’t have to buy a premium version. Everything is available for free! I love the simple layout of this. You don’t have to look very hard to find anything. It’s all right there on the Home Screen. And it has all skill levels, too. It doesn’t matter if you can barely touch your toes or if you can do a full spilts. I would highly recommend. 👍👍
