So I prepaid $10 in my account towards riding but I just simply can't find any of their scooters that aren't broken or aren't being bogarted in some building by stingy people. So I want my money back. I accidently logged out my account and the only way to sign back in is with the phone number I had when I set up the account. We'll I no longer have that either. So now I can't even log back in. I have tried so many ways to contact these guys but nothing ever works. Please help me.

Horrible customer NIGHTMARE service, daily repeated charges

I used the recently acquired company Gotcha and my account was charged the monthly fee DAILY for almost 2 weeks. I cancelled my subscription on the same day because the bikes did not work properly. I reached out to Bolt in an attempt to stop the charges early on and I was assured that the defective bike was removed and the charges would stop. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. They kept charging my account. I called back and spoke with Bolt about the charges and I was told that they could not see the daily charges my bank and I clearly saw from Feb thru early March. Then I was told that my monthly subscription has not been paid. Wait what? Finally my bank cancelled the credit card and I had to have another one issued. To end this now and make it short, I AM still waiting on a Supervisor to call. She emailed, but did not respond to my response. They refunded 1 of the charges to a card I used 2 years ago. I am still fighting with them (now pulling in a lawyer) to resolve this dispute.

Dont even bother

What they fail to make clear is if your account goes below 2$ they will automatically charge you 20$ in credits even if you not riding anymore. Which is stupid on so many levels because you cant get that back. We tired talking to the support and basically was told they will give us 16$ worth of credits. Which is pointless because i was done riding. Half the time the scooters weren’t even working and when it was brought up it was basically said it was our fault and we were in restricted areas when we were in the street where cars go and yet they still weren’t working. I switched over to a spin scooter and it was so much better and zero issues.

Scooters didn’t work and I didn’t have good customer service experience...!

Just be careful...! Some scooters don’t work at all even if it says it’s fully charged! Don’t put a lot of money at first! Three of my friends and I found their scooters on a street and they seemed fun to ride, so we decided to give a shot. As you know, you have to download the app and pay some credit in advance. We are so excited, so some of us paid $20 on the app. However, none of our scooters worked at all, so we were pretty disappointed. I didn’t wanna give another chance to loose my money, so I contacted their customer service, but they didn’t give us any refund, but another credit. That was our first try, nothing happened at all, and had a bad customer service didn’t give me any good impression of them at all...! Just don’t put $20 at the first time even if you are so excited to ride their scooters...!
