I was reading when his eyes opened and when I finally got to the end of the book it told me that it was going to be a series. that is utter BS!!! it shouldn’t be a series because this book wasn’t even completed!!! Don’t ever waste your time on this website because they charge you out the ass to read their books and then they don’t even complete them!!!

Disappointed that once I realised I was being taken for a ride by this app, there was no platform to address the problem. There was no where to log in and let them know I didn't want to continue etc. The amount taken from my account was substantial. Would not want others to have the same experience.

When I buy coins I'm not getting credit for them. They are not going to my account. As after I have read just a few pages I'm ask to buy coins again when there was no way I had used my previous purchase yet. GoodNovel has issues on how my purchase of coins are being used. I have purchased of over $50.00 & have not completed reading the book yet. I purchased 400-1000 coins and it shows I have purchase more pages to read and charges me 11 coins then next time maybe 15 coins then I'm asked to purchase more coins when there is no way I have used 400 coins. I have used other sites to read books and never have had this issue before. Will not use this SITE again and will never recommend it. RIP OFF OF AN HONEST PURCHASE.,

I spent $5.99 and then $9.99 before just caving and buying the $14.99… I am now $30+ in fees to read one book… which I don’t mind supporting writers and their dreams …. But how you are asking for more. How do I resolve and claim the $14.99/month that I paid for please?!

I was reading in Chapter 1497 when I tried to go back a page it went to Chapter 252. Now it’s locked and won’t let me go back to Chapter 1497. Also, I had approximately 251 coins and now I have only 2. I would really appreciate if you could put me back to Chapter 1497 and restore my coins. I spent money and time to get to where I was. I have read the amazing son in law. I am over 3000 chapters and only get 2 or 3 chapters a day. I had to reset my phone and down load the app again. Now my coins are gone and they want me to start from the beginning again. I just want to pick up where I left off and I want my coins back. I have spent a lot of money to read this book as far as I have. I just sent a email I hope I hear something back. It looks like a lot of people are having problems with this site.

This is a rip off, I spent about $200 bucks reading 1 novel I got to chapter 3327. I don’t even know what’s s the ending of the book I was reading. It cuts me off, and brings me to a new novel book to read. I would never suggest to any of my friends or relatives to read something out of “GoodNovel” what a disappointment.

I saw my book on the app. I can't open my account because you won't allow me to log in because of the facebook account attatched there. It was my Roleplay facebook account not my real account but I want to open it because I want to delete my book there. I'm going to apply it again using the account that has an information about my real Identity. Let me please. Its not easy for me to write that story. And I think I have a right to remove that book from that account.

Paid over $20 to read Alpha Asher so far, no more coins, no idea how far I am into the book, or how much it will cost to read it all. I'm not purchasing any more coins, lesson learned. Delete this app before its too late.

How do I see who tapped me and sent me messages on the good novel app?

This app is useless. When i signed up the app there was no indication I needed to buy "credits" to read the book. It allowed me to read so far into the book, then asked me purchase credits to carry on reading. I was enjoying the book so purchased 500 credits for £4.99 and thought that would see me through the book at least. Nope. It used like 9 credits per chapter at least and I am not even halfway through the book. I cannot find where it states the author of the book as I wanted to try and find a hardcopy but it doesn't even credit the writers who have put effort into writing the books. Doesn't say anything other than the book title. I am £4.99 down already, not even halfway through the book. It should state how many chapters and give the ability to buy the books but it doesn't as it is just a scam way to get more money out of people. At this rate I would need to spend £50+ just to read the whole story. Thats like the equivalent of buying like 5 books from a store. What's more, after buying 500 credits it put me on an automatic renewal subscription which I managed to turn off. I feel sorry for us readers who are being conned and also the authors who are not given a mention, as you can only see a cover of the book with title ,no author.

I sent in a request last Saturday (today is Thursday 1/27/21). I purchased 1000 coins and had a balance of 586 coins. Then my coins disappeared and took the balance down to 17. I have been reading the book Asher and every so often it asked for money I’ve have paid over $20.00 for this on chapter 71. I could have bought the book outright for that cost something I’d not right. I can not find a customer service number so no way to ask how many chapters are in the book and the total cost. I have already spent a lot of money as an avid reader of the book "The amazing son in law Charlie Wade" and naturally I don't mind spending all that money however, as time went by their services became even more and more appaling. It should be a standard custom to publish a book only when it is finished especially if the reader pays money to read, but not only is it not finished they also restarted to chapter 1 and from publishing 10-15 chpaters a day they now publish 7 chapters a day.

I have paid over $110.00 trying to read a book called "Adorable baby at my door ". I'm on chapter 655 trying to go to the next chapters. Now your site is making me wait one chapter at a time then wants me to rate the book, which I have done several times.
