Yes purchased stealth cam command pro 2 months ago had issue first 2 weeks then started working so got another one now can't get into pictures or nothing saying I owe 10 dollars which I purchased 15 dollars for unlimited pictures tried to contact stealth cam for last 3 days all day long left my number nothing so I'm taking both cameras back get my money back and and going with different company been using stealth cameras for about 15 years now this is on you

Did update on my stealthcam and was working as it should prior . Finished the update and put battery pack in .. now cam won't turn on at all ... Dead ... Toast .... Not happy .. second cam that's done this to me and to top it off ..... Younz awesome customer service hasn't learned to pick up the phone ... Service like this will make spartans top of line ...

Having 3 cams I'm experiencing same issues as many others. Three major flaws: 1-cell connection issues with the cam/app. Once it locks up you want be able to use your cam unless you physically reset everything. This means you have to travel back to your camera. This camera isn't ready for consumer usage. 2-customer service is not existent... I didn't have the patience 3-cell plans are a scam. If it ever worked, it's designed to take a ton of pictures so you're better off buying the unlimited package which is a ripoff. The scam of this system is much like printers where the device price point is so low its hard not to buy it over quality devices with robust design and honest cell plans. My fault for going cheap... hopefully they at least improve the product via firmware and I should have learned my lesson in getting an exodus. Hope to forewarn others.

App stopped working. Then was able to load after two days. Worked for one day. Today the app will not load again. What is going on? Is this a regular thing? I hear Spartan is good. It’s a shame because the picture quality is good and when the app works it’s great. I will need to return all 4 of my cameras. Three strikes and you’re out!

Stealth Cam Command App went down Friday into Saturday which was our opening day of rifle in Ny. I wake up this morning to check pics and go hunting and it’s down again. This has to get resolved or these cams are no better then chip cams. Another thing is when the Apps down the cams are constantly trying to link and send what pics are on there which kills the lithium batteries after a while that are 1.50 a piece and there is 8 in each camera. Let’s get this resolved or something will need to be settled.

I have two cameras and were hunting public land. So we came out last week to scout and put up the cameras to see what our best spot would be. We live an 1 1/2 hours away so it was a big deal. The one camera said it needed to update and something went wrong now the camera won't turn on or do anything. Its a brand new stealth cam the other updated fine. We hung that one up and now like the rest of you nothing works as of yesterday. We pay good money for a product and a service. In my case I thought I was investing in a tool to help me but instead I have a empty wallet and 2 paper weights. You thinkn they would acknowledge the problem, send a email, make a statement, or something. It's opening day and I'm pissed and typing this instead of enjoying my hunt with my son. Bought the fusion took it to the woods and found out from customer service that their network is down. Still down 20+ hours later. What kind of IT department can screw things ip that bad???? I have 3 new stealth cams purchased Nov. 6,2020. All worked fine until yesterday, Nov 20, Now the command app shows no connect on both Android and I phone. As of now, these cameras are useless without a dependable way to view pictures. If no remedy soon, these are going back to Sams Club.

As I suspected

Do not opt to save high resolution images/videos because you’ll never get them. You have to pay extra, so just burn that money right away. Also, when you try to save the “free” standard resolution images/video they do not show up on your phone. For instance, if you have the camera setup for video, it will show you 3 images as a preview. You can download the whole video for a price. However, if you want those 3 images (preview) they appear as black images when you save them. So, you have to take screenshots. Typical trailcam company. Selling garbage products that have potential but they won’t spend time/money fixing problems or developing apps. They have plenty of time to push out a dozen crap cameras but not enough money to make one work. This has been state of trail cameras since they were introduced decades ago. Save your money and imagine what interesting animals you have on your property.

Hope you don’t have issues with camera

I love these cameras - when they work. I’ve had 2 older ones that never had an issue, one that’s a year newer that, after 10 days, quit receiving cell service. If you have to call customer service you better set aside. Few hours. My average hold time before i was able to talk to someone was an hour 15 minutes. Then they try to solve the issue over the phone - when that doesn’t work they gotta put in requests. Blah blah blah. Going the proper route I had to call 6 different occasions with just about 8 hours of phone time - got approved for a warranty service and sent my old one in - it’s been almost a month now and still haven’t gotten the new one. Said it was shipped 10 days ago. Email doesn’t work as well as the website chat. The customer service alone makes me regret ever buying these cameras.

DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE BRAND

Biggest piece of garbage ever & the ridiculous charge to save photos when it has an SD card. Absolute garbage & never even came up on my phone to view. I have AT&T with full LTE bars or service but yet can’t view my camera. Had no problem with SpyPoint until someone stole it but I’ll be returning this immediately & going back to buy the camera I had which was $150 & this was $100 but this Muddy brand is just garbage & I don’t recommend anyone buying this brand unless you have time to waste & you enjoy headaches , oh yeah don’t forget the money you’ll basically throw away but eventually get back. Extremely upset & if I could give zero stars it would of received that cuz 1 star is honestly too much & it really don’t deserve that.
