I just received 3 dresses to try & have decided on my favorite . All 3 were beautifully made , absolutely gorgeous ! I was really worried that I would not receive them in time - I am in the US - I did order them 4 wks in advance & needed a dress for a work trip to Las Vegas this weekend June 19th , but received notification they they would not arrive until June 21st - I was so stressed out ! I did send an a message on the chat link on the website , noting my predicament , and I kept checking my tracking updates & was so happy to see that they would be delivered today the 18th instead of the 21st . Not sure how it happened but thank you JJ’s - will definitely use you again & recommend you - thank you !

I'm really impressed with the customer service, they communicated with me every step of the way. The dress and accessories arrived in plenty of time. It was my first dress order and decided to order a larger size rather than go with the custom measurements. The dress is beautiful! Unfortunately, it needed altering. I enquired whether to order a smaller dress and return this one. Given that I had a deadline of dec 15, I decided to have the dress altered!
To my surprise, jjhouse responded that they will refund me 40%, to offset the cost of alterations! Again, I say amazing customer service! Now, I didn't know is that the alternative actually cost more than the dress! That's okay, it will fit perfectly once done!

All of the flower girl dresses we saw were in heavy fabrics with lots of lace and tulle. We wanted my three granddaughters to wear simple white linen summer dresses for an outdoor wedding, followed by dinner and dancing inside a renovated barn. JJ’s House had just what my daughter and I wanted. They arrived quickly and each dress fit perfectly. My daughter was concerned that I did not have a dress, as I tend to leave mine to the last minute. I ordered an A-line, V-neck, Floor Length navy blue dress, that complimented the bridesmaids dresses, and everyone loved it! I referred anyone who asked to JJ’s House. I am happy to refer when I had such a positive experience. Will order again from JJ’s House.

I’m short and round, so I wasWorried about ordering my wedding dress online. I followed the instructions for measuring and ordered a lovely dress. For the extra $20 it was so worth it to get the customization. When my wedding dress arrived I couldn’t wait to try it on! It was so beautiful. It fit exactly like my measurements were given. I was worried that it wouldn’t fit where the lace was around my upper arms, but it did! I am so pleased and can’t wait for my fiancé to see me walk towards him on our wedding day. Thank you so much. I recommend JJ‘s house to anyone that doesn’t want to spend a fortune on a beautiful, well-made dress.

I ordered a dress and in doing so decided to submit my measurements since their sizing chart seemed hugely off.

I received an email back from JJ’s stating that my measurements seemed off and if I wouldn’t mind if the dressmaker increased the dress in certain areas. I explained that I had someone take my measurements and I am no seamstress so I really don’t know. I guess since they are the professional we will go with what they say... better to be too big than too small.

I received my dress in 1 1/2 -2 weeks. It seemed like it came really fast. I was nervous about trying it on due to the last minute changes. Well it did not fit ☹️ in fact it was huge on me.

After crossing the communication barriers (I strongly suggest that you you email and not chat an agent) JJ’s House was VERY Accommodating and went above to assist in rectifying the situation to my satisfaction. It was a Win /Win! Thank you Jesus & Thank you JJ’s House! You rock!

I am ordering from JJ’s House for the first time. The initial thing I noticed, was their prompt attention to the customer through a chat. I liked that! Thank you!
All of my questions and concerns were addressed thru the chat. I ordered a couple of dresses that night. I think there’s still one more dress in my cart. Now I’m waiting for them to arrive. Also, shipping dates were very reasonable and not a month or two out. I will do a follow up review after I receive the dresses. For now, thank you so much! Looking forward to receiving the dresses.

I have ordered twice already and I will be putting in my third order soon!! Ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding first, outstanding quality at the fraction of the price that high end stores charge! Fast shipping and sizes are exactly what the charts states. I recently received my second order of a dress for another wedding and I’m looking for my third dress for my nephews wedding. I also have a dress in my cart for my daughter’s baby shower! At these prices I can afford to buy a new outfit for everything!! Thank You!

This is my first time ordering but I didn’t know it was so difficult to reach you guys I didn’t understand JJsHouse fiddling around with my phone I was able to find this review section and this is why I’m submitting this review. I tried to cancel this order but I couldn’t find how to do that and therefore I was too late to cancel and now you want to charge me a percentage without me even receiving the product I submitted my phone number when I put the order in why I was not contacted that way it would have been easy I do not want to lose my money 40% of what I’m entitled to get back it’s a big chunk of money I will try on the dresses but it will be the last time I buy cause I don’t like that part of the deal

I ordered a custom fit dress for my first wedding of a grandchild. I’ve never done this before, and I was anxious about making this choice. From the very beginning of the ordering process up to the receipt of my order, it was great. You kept me informed of the shipping process, and I could even add notes that very day, which the deliverer followed. All my items were together, and the shoes and dress are exactly, or better, than portrayed on my computer. I will definitely be a repeat customer of J J’s House!

I was shopping for a mother of the bride dresses I’m in California USA and it was so easy to return I ordered five dresses for this app.

I kept one send the other back and accidentally sent a sixth one that I had purchased from Nordstrom‘s. Your company mailed The Nordstrom’s dress back to me, at my surprise.

this app said that it was not one of their dresses, JJs House is a very reputable. 👍

My shipping address is incomplete, it is missing the street numbers for my address should be; 3657 Iroquois Avenue Hoping your staff looked at my past order and was able to find the street address. I really need those dancing shoes I’m at 68 years young lady moving to a retirement community. My goal is by next year when I move I will have my dancing shoes because I’m going to take dance lessons to meet another something in your young man to be my knight in shining armor.

I just received via mail my beautiful , well fitted dress from this app as mother of the bride for my daughter’s wedding. I ordered a customized dress and sent my measurements plus the shoulder measurement too. it’s exactly like the picture! The material looks expensive. I ordered it last Oct 20/21 and received it today , Nov 04/21. The cost of the dress $85, plus to have it custom made $20,plus shipping $16. All so worth it. I highly recommend this app. And now I know where to go when I need a dress for dressy occasions. Hurray! Thank you this app.

Ordered gowns for my granddaughters wedding. One for the mother of the bride who is in a wheelchair and she got to pick her gown from the computer and color from four swatches I sent her. Gown is beautiful I will add photos after the wedding. I order a tea length peacock color gown and sized down 1 size and it fits perfect no need for alterations. I wanted ankle length and because I am 5’3 it’s exactly as I wanted it. Service is great. Even ordered shoes and selected my heel height and they are perfect and comfortable.

I cannot register. No matter how many times I tap or click the register button, nothing happens. Every other button works fine. This means I can’t check my order. I did receive a response from someone regarding this review offering to help me check my order. However, I want to be able to use JJsHouse . I may want to place future orders. Nonetheless, I still can’t register on JJsHouse to create an account. I placed the first order from the website which then invited me to download JJsHouse to check the status of my order.

Well, I still cannot register so I still cannot check my order. I would love to be able to use JJsHouse.

I have bought dresses, shoes and jewelry from JJs House. It’s all good quality and beautiful, and receives many compliments. Sizing using the size chart hasn’t worked for me, but I’m pear shaped and need different sizes for the chest and hips. Sleeves and linings run a little small though I think, so if you’re curvy I recommend custom sizing. Shipping is pricy and takes awhile, so order well in advance of when you need it. I recommend JJs and will be buying from them again.

Just received my order, dress and shoes. I had it custom made and fits great. Looks just like the picture in color and style. The zipper in the back is well made and hidden. I like the idea that one can not see that a zipper is even there, sign of a good seamstress. Delivery was about 2 weeks. I really like that I can order the size of heel I want, never seen that before. This was my first order and probably not my last! Fort Worth, TX

I purchased 3 items from the Final sale options. They arrived quickly! I’m sorry to say that none of them fit, but the quality of the items is extraordinary! I will be more careful in ordering the correct size, but I’ll have no problem reselling the items that I purchased and feel confident that my customers will receive the quality they expect.

I am on the heavy side and difficult to fit. Finally a place I can order MY Size, MY color, MY style with excellent quality, and excellent pricing: Customer photos help me make the best choice for my shape and style. I will buy all my important dresses here going forward. You will not be disappointed - just make sure you are honest with your size. Everything is true to color and size.

I needed to contact customer service and they responded right away. I asked them to expedite my order, and they accommodated. I ordered 4 dresses, because I have 3 weddings and didn’t realize I needed to confirm order in my account. Once I did they moved everything along quickly. Received all 4 dresses, they are excellent quality. I’m very pleased. Keeping all four, can’t wait to wear them!

I’ve been on JJsHouse a couple time & it was easy to find wedding attire for Bride & bridesmaids & the groom & his buddies! Saw a lot of gorgeous mother of the brides dresses & mother of the groom! I really thought their bridal gowns were very nice! (Only went through dresses from site pics) Have Not purchased anything from this site or app!!! I was very pleased with the price shown on the bridal gowns; every gown that I’ve seen on other sites is $2,000-$3,500!

The dress is everything it said and more. It is even more beautiful in person. The quality of the dress is top notch. The color is beautiful. The size ran a tad big, will go with the smaller size for next dress. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality of the dress. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Make sure to order with plenty of time for shipping.

I bought a cocktail dress on JJ's House. Great customer service and high quality! We can see the all reviews! I choose the right dress when I see the same piece on an actual customer. The gown i had made to my specifications and it was perfect. The quality was comparable to the ones i tried on in the bridal stores and the fit and length were exact! No additional hemming or sizing required. I received so many compliments and questions about where i got the gown. I felt so confident and comfortable that night!

The dresses look just like marketing images. Don’t allow the wrinkle images that the customers show you fool you, they were packaged. However, when the customers rave about the high quality it’s true.

I was looking for stuff for my wedding when I came across the this app website. After I placed my first order, I installed JJsHouse! Its very convenient to use and I have made multiple purchases on it. Would 10/10 recommend.
