The one login page will never.. and I mean NEVER load it up. Something is bugged and for some reason whoever behind this refuses to fix the issue. It doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or on data there is NO navigation. And why I mean by this is that what needs to load up... (the whole onelogin) does not load up and in the surprising event that it does, no matter what you tap on refuses to load after that. Nothing can get done with OneLoginPortal and this why other apps that aren’t even native to this are created and work just fine. This is a shame and one more reason why the education system seems to be going against the students.

Forced to have this for work. I open it and all the apps are there, but when I click on OneLoginPortal I need to open, it never opens unless I’m at work…what’s the point?! I can’t access my paystub, request PTO or anything else, unless I’m at work on their WiFi…again, what’s the point?! This is useless!

Prior to the update, everything worked great. After update, I can’t even login. My signin credentials work fine when using the web but again, OneLoginPortal doesn’t accept it.

App updated and logged me out. Now I’m completely unable to login. Password never works even though I KNOW my password. Try to reset the password and it will not send the email to begin the reset process.

Straight trash now had work for almost two years with no problem and now it just works one time to login and then stops I have to delete it and reinstall just to work one time again trash

On my other phone it has the other version and works perfectly then I got another phone to add OneLoginPortal to it and now I can’t use nothing at all. It would kick my out of everything or can’t even pull anything up. I love the other version this version is giving me problems

Ever since last update several people have issue getting on and have to uninstall and reinstall everyday to be able to use it again and it is impossible to find someone to help with this issue

This is app is basically useless. You can’t truly use it for working with multiple apps within OneLogin, just one a time. And to make matters worse, it logs out each time you leave OneLoginPortal . The OneLogin company needs to properly invest in making a true Safari extension. There are several extensions designed for Safari on iPadOS. Yes there is an extension for OneLogin on Macs, but not for iPadOS. Due to this, any custom created app tiles will not open. It just directs you to get the extension, which on an iPad is just this worthless app. Please take the time to invest in iPads as many are starting to use them like laptops.

Prior to the update OneLoginPortal was amazing and I never had one issue. For the past two days I can’t get into anything or it completely shuts down or it’s a blank screen for about 2 to 5 minutes. It’s the most frustrating thing and I have no choice, but to use it for school.

I think OneLoginPortal could be great for the business that requires us to work off of it, except we can never get it to load on our phones, yes it’s comparable, even if we have Wi-Fi or the pass codes when we’re traveling. It has loaded 3 times only in a month, therefore we can’t check in and out of jobs etc.

The password manager portion on Apple needs serious improvements. I can't even search for sites, instead I have to scroll through a long list.

This also needs to be a Safari extension so it can be used on the mobile like on the computer because the browser in OneLoginPortal doesn't load sometimes.

Not opening links makes OneLoginPortal 100% useless. Many time, there are apps for the apps we need but we need the permission of the account (OneLogin) to use some of the links. This can’t even open them. It just crashes.

Does not act right sometimes when i click on certain things and take a while to load or will freeze

I don’t know how I feel about OneLoginPortal nor the update. Prior to the update, me using OneLoginPortal was perfectly fine. After the update , it shut me out every time. I would uninstall and install again but same thing

Right now OneLoginPortal is broken won’t function properly. Was working just fine yesterday and months before just stopped all of a sudden. Won’t accept username and password but accepts it on the website

I would like to be able to sign in on the web and the sign in process to call in OneLoginPortal and sign me in. Just like other apps (Okta and Microsoft Authenticator).

OneLoginPortal was amazing, put others I knew onto using OneLoginPortal for work. My phone needed an update and ever since then I have to delete OneLoginPortal every time I need to login or it comes up blank. This is the only app on my phone not working properly, please fix it.

Does everything you need it too but there’s times when things are buggy

I’m writing this for the other people that read the last few reviews. Yes OneLoginPortal glitched a lot but it was updated and it works fine for me. It’s actually super quick and easy right now. I put my finger on and I’m in. So much easier than the website and answering all the questions 👍
