Awesome App
As a landlord, I am always trying to make things easier for me to manage my properties and make paying rent and submitting maintenance requests convenience for my tenants. But it always seem like there was never any software or a app that did it all. This software/app (this app) does it all but much more. I have been using it for almost a year and I love it but more importantly my tenants love the access to rent invoices and the ability to submit maintenance requests all through the tenant app. I highly recommend landlords to use this app. It has so many features.

Awesome property management app!
Can't say enough positive things about this app. For landlords of all sizes, but especially smaller DIY landlords, the this app platform is fantastic. It allows for full automation of your rent collection, lease signing etc. Tons of great unique features like allowing partners to see certain properties but not your whole portfolio. The customer support team is also great to work with and are open to feedback and suggestions to improve the site and experience.

Super easy to use!
My landlord used to only accept checks which was always a pain. When he switched to this app I was able to pay rent online and it made my life sooo much easier. I’ve also had to call them a couple times and their customer service has been amazing! Highly recommend.
