2 years agoI have been using the original Trackd Studio app which I loved and I understand that the version has been updated, however I have saved music tracks that I am unable to open the app from my phone now. Please assist in me retrieving my tracks from the original Trackd Studio app. Thank you most kindly in advance!

This app used to be great for recording simple songs with, but now it runs so slow, crashes, constantly logs me out, and is overall worse than it used to be. As someone who can’t afford other recording methods right now this is really sad, I wish i could say i love the new app but unfortunately that is not the case.

App will not open for me,I’ve downloaded it several times,I love the Trackd old app and I’m still using it but the new one doesn’t seem to work for me.......

If I ain’t broke, DON’T FIX
Why was this app even updated to what it was? To be more social and money-making? Okay, sure, I can get behind that but at what costs? For a glitchy, barely working, unreliable, buggy app? Fix your app, it’s like it wasn’t even ready to be launched, let’s go down the lists. Unlike the original Trackd: The Line-Input option, when off, doesn’t pick up audio from the phone’s mic, but instead, the headphone mic STILL. This is an issue because I get too completely different sounds out of the two and I need that flexibility to get the EXACT sound I want from my recordings. Next, the click track doesn’t even play while recording so there’s literally no point in having it on. Plus, Count In just stays at 4 then records shortly after without display “3, 2, 1”… so I can’t start off my song with the first beat? This app is a joke and a slap in the face from the original… I can’t believe you. This was the only app that was my go-to for recording and uploading music to YouTube. I guess I will have to switch to BandLab or continue using the original. FIX YOUR APP!
