I have been locked out of my account. I have $379.00 invested. I can't get ahold of support. This is with Anchor.

I am trying to withdraw my money and the app won't let me. Says "pending deposits." There are no pending deposits. Their new website has no dashboard and won't let me do anything. I need my money back!

This app sucks. There is no way to send small balances to other wallets. Their bank dropped them for "irregularities," and since then, you can neither deposit nor withdraw funds. When I contact customer service, they only blow smoke up my ass – a month later—class action time. AnchorUSD's parent company is AnchorCOIN LLC. Both have a Las Vegas address. Both have an LLC in Delaware. None of their phone numbers work. Their support email does not respond. I received the US mail that I sent with a rubber stamp on it saying undeliverable.

I sent 100 KCS (Token from the Cyber Network) to Kucoin from AnchorUSD. Kucoin told me that it was not the newer upgraded version of KCS and it was not able to be credited to my account. In order to get it sent back I had to pay Kucoin a $30 processing fee. Well they sent it back but that was 6 weeks ago and it has yet to be seen in my account. After countless emails to AnchorUSD, I finally was told that one of their "wallet specialists" was looking into it. That was the last I heard.

I was transferring ccrypto to my daughters Anchor Account back in March it is now July they lost the 220.00 in crypto I was transfering. I have been sending them emails upon emails they have yet to solve the issue. They aren't registered with the SEC either

First they lost my entire account and Anchor customer service didn't address my issue for two weeks. I had to contact my bank for a refund. Then they miscalculated my purchases and forced me to sell my crypto to pay them the fee to unlock my account. I have proff of the purchases but they can't figure out that since I live in a different time zone my purchases will show up on the following day. They also didn't take into account that they charge fees and those will change the amount of the purchase accordingly. Whoever is doing the accounting for this company should be fired for incompetence. They are absolutely the worst! Nothing but problems!!! Stay away!!!

I've been trying to sell shares of Amazon for 2 weeks now. It shows that I have them. But every time I go to sell it tells me I'm not in the viewing status. I've taken screenshots and sent requests to customer service each day but no one resolves the issue. The couple of times they get back at all, it's only to say they are looking at it.

I been tryingh to gain access to my anchor usd acct since Feb 16 2021 one month later and customer support still hasnt reach out to help me so nword of advice dont og out of your acct unless you get verfication email cause there no one that will helpm you nexcept a bot it seems like I lost $200

I have had an active account for a month now and all the sudden as I have 3grand into the app I all the sudden can not buy, see, nor trade as it tells me to add my bank account . I have already a month ago or I wouldn't have been able to do what I've done in past month. No one to help me as my money sits in the app with absolutely no way to get to it . I am scared , unhappy , disappointed , and very upset. May need to contact a lawyer I just don't know what to do about this . I have video and screenshot of every transaction so I no I'm good but man what a disaster . I will not recommend this app to anyone ever again unless they make this correct. I want my money , it's mine and if they keep it I will take next steps .

Unable to withdraw funds or transfer assets. Support Team are MIA.

It has been weeks from the time of writing this review that I am unable to withdraw my funds or transfer my assets. Each transaction has been pending and has not fully been executed. Blockchain/Crypto technology shouldn’t take weeks or months which some have reported via Twitter feed. What makes this even more bothersome is the fact that their support team never gets back to you and has gone MIA. When I first signed up for their App a couple of months ago the service appeared to be top-notch with a couple of flaws that were being addressing. In the last 4-6 weeks from now, I don’t know what happened. Their service is completely horrible; having your funds locked up on their platform and not being able to access it is very unsettling especially when their support team is not communicating with you or at least publically addressing the issue so their customers can feel comfortable. Many have been reporting withdrawal and transfer issues and some are saying they haven’t experienced it. Either way, it’s a chance you’ll be taking. After their lack of transparency, I am no longer a fan. I suggest you proceed with caution in using their service. Very disappointing.

THE MOST UNSAFE APP TO KEEP YOUR MONEY

this app is riddled with bugs and random "errors" that have left multiple people i know and myself at one point out of money, they have no active helpful customer service, so if you have a problem including if your money is unwithdrawable, consider your money stolen by them bc you wont get it back, best case scenario it will take 4 months like it did with me, i have other friends who are on 6+ months of blowing up customer service with no response or updates with $5k+ stuck in their accounts with no way to acess it. Accounts get randomly locked, there is sometimes random withdrawls and what seems to be anchor or another party comprimising accounts, just way too sketchy, and a complete failure of a company with no customer service, seems like a big scheme where they take peoples money every once in a while. Cant even send any crypto from wallet to wallet without them saying to contact their non existent customer service. The creators of this app need to be jailed and this should be a much more bigger deal than it is. Give acess to everyones accounts who got locked out for no reason/ refund those who had random unauthorized transactions. Absolutley inhumane

Missing money and no support since February!

I’ve sent someone 300 coins as a gift back in February. The amount was deducted from my Anchor account yet the intended recipient never received. I sent out an email to Anchor and they said that they’ll look into it. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME!!! So I reached out to them again in April. They said that someone from wallet support would get back to me. It’s now May and still NO RESPONSE!!! A few days ago I tried a test transfer to my sons account to make sure it’s not just a problem with the previous recipient and sure enough the transfer never showed up in his account even though it was deducted from my account. This is causing a tremendous amount of fear and anxiety because I have a significant amount of money in my Anchor account and due to this past years shutdown, my income is limited. My biggest concern is now that my investments are seeing huge returns, will I be able to withdraw the profits without them mysteriously disappearing?! Purchasing coins works perfectly. The issue is sending, transferring, or withdrawing. My suggestion to anyone looking for an exchange to buy crypto is to avoid AnchorUsd!
