App not opening after update. Please fix it!!!! I have had this happen before, and I uninstalled NovelCatNovelsandBooks . I lost all my coins and vouchers AND had to buy the WHOLE story all over again. It was very disappointing and expensive, and I really dont want this to happen again.
UPDATE: customer service was super helpful. I uninstalled NovelCatNovelsandBooks and reinstalled. Everything was right there after I logged in. The first time I used NovelCatNovelsandBooks , I’m not sure how I logged in. I honestly don’t remember. But this second time was totally fine. Everything was right where I’d left it. Coins/vouchers, reading history, library, all of it. Customer service is actually very good. It’s on Asian time, so you may not get an immediate response from a real person, but you will get one. They have been very cool to me both times I messaged them.
All this said, I’m really enjoying NovelCatNovelsandBooks and the story I’m reading. Sure a paper back would be cheaper, but this is my personal little splurge that I do for myself. I hope my experience is helpful to someone.

First, I would like to stress that reading these books are extremely expensive. The chapters are extremely short...about 2-4 pages per chapter. A book would probably cost you 60+ dollars. With that being said, I decided to pay anyway because I found something I liked and I was willing to pay for it. My thing is these books are usually not completed and I’ve been waiting for weeks and weeks for updates. When I contacted them to see if the book I’m reading will update soon all they said was just wait because the author needs time for great ideas. But in their advertisements it stated that books are updated weekly. If I knew these were incomplete books that probably would never finish...I would had bought a different book and not had started that one at all. Plus all negative reviews about them aren’t posted because they filter them out. So beware readers!

I came over because I saw an ad on Facebook. The Trilogy of Love and Marriage, it’s actually a pretty good story minus the overuse of exclamation points. But I only got to Chapter 26 because after that you have to pay. The chapters are short and there are over 100 chapters. And I believe you pay for time to read each story, I’m not a speed reader so that’s going to cost me a lot of money. I’d be better off reading Inkitt or the free stories on Wattpad. I never would have started reading this book had I known I would have to pay.

The books are excellent and can keep your imagination going the only and it is only one drawback for me I am a fast reader and I am eager for more speed in releasing new chapters! It is too slow for me causing me to have multiple books open at once! I am now sitting with 5 books open waiting for New chapters!!!! The translation is lost at times as well. The author refers to females as he and males as her. One of my books the names changed so you have to be diligent about translating the book again yourself but it can be done and I am still enjoying my books it just takes time 😌

I am very much hooked with the story. I don’t wanna stop, the story gets more interesting as the free chapters come to end.
Hopefully, i could continue all throughout.
It’s a typical story of a romance between a poor girl and a super wealthy man but it brings back memories of my high school days when i read mills and boons romance pocketbooks, where i used to continue reading in one seating.
Never mind the grammar, i can get to understand who is being refer to like when the writer mistakenly used “his” instead of “her”. I don’t know i just get hooked into the story even if the plot is typical i hope i can finish til the end. So far so good.

So far so good! In two days I read 55 chapters I was fascinated with the book, then I had to wait for them to update the next chapter and they update one per day. I would like to read more and more of this book, the only thing is that I feel that the husband changed a little of his way of being in the last chapters that have been updated, waiting for more chapters of this book to download, I am curious how it will end. The last craters. The last chapters that they have updated are shorts I wish they were longer.

I really would like to read more chapters of this book.

Don’t even bother! Save your money and buy a real completed book. The first few chapters pull you right into this intriguing story line. Then right as your on the edge of your seat..turn the page Just to find out the rest of the chapters are locked. You need to pay to unlock them. Which can be extremely pricy given that they usually have 100s of chapters. I only fell for this once.. purchased all 178 chapters get to the final page just for it to end unfinished. Apparently they released chapters weekly! Now this story has already started to drag on and they want me to keep waiting for it to update with new chapters spend more money for it to keep dragging on? I’ve already spent $20. I’m done. I just spent 2 days reading a book that’s unfinished. Never again

App requested an updated. After allowing the update NovelCatNovelsandBooks would not open. When I finally got it open my reading history and purchase history with remaining coins was deleted as if I had just opened a new account. I reached out to customer service through NovelCatNovelsandBooks . After sending proof they said they would restore my reading history but it has not been restored. I spent money a lot of money with them and now customer service won’t even respond to my concerns as a paying customer. They insist that I signed in with the wrong account but it’s something wrong with NovelCatNovelsandBooks . The novel I’m reading is awesome but it’s like NovelCatNovelsandBooks reset my account. I’ve read 748 chapters of a novel and now I have to start back at the 1st chapter because of this? No! POOR Customer Service

All your stories are similar. You do not respond back to the customers when suggestions are made. You don’t compete the books and take too much money. You more or less scam the readers from their money This is wrong. Why wait for a chapter to be released everyday when you can release the whole book? Arrrrhhhhhh. Scaaaassaaaaammmmmmmmmm. You need to cater to your customers. The stories are too long sometimes and the chapters drag for new reason. All to get more money from the customers. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? This is not right. There’s dramatical errors gender errors and even names mixed up. And yet the customers are not listened to. What is that? Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

I’ve written for this company…and it’s not been the experience I’ve wanted. First, my editor deleted most of my chapters and told me she would add them daily. (It’s been over a week). She changed my cover without asking saying it’s for better reviews. I found later that the picture being used is copyrighted…I believe the editors are untrained and inexperienced. I’ve found my book to be not as edited as I would have expected from an editor. I had to break my chapters up because you only allow so many words per chapter. You way overcharge for books!!! Oh, and I’ve not received anything for writing you a book. This has been a waste of time.

Inconsistent updates. I’ve had to delete and reinstall app cause updates fail. Currently can’t watch the ads to get additional vouchers contacted company and they didn’t care. Books are good however stories are drug out and translations are poor. Cost for some chapters are outrageous— one was around 62 vouchers. Found an alternative to that book and can read for free without app. I would NOT recommend NovelCatNovelsandBooks. It would be nice to purchase the entire book however you are lucky to read two chapters a day. Cost of coins is too high and not worth the price of the book and I have chosen not to purchase and rely on the free ones however when you can’t get the free ones then it makes it worthless.

I like to read a whole book. The stories are good. I have been enjoying reading. I would like to search for completed stories, but I couldn’t find an option. The last thing that is most disappointing are the mistakes. So many. I found many times I would get confused as to what is going on. The story would repeat a paragraph from a previous paragraph. So I would get lost sometimes. Some mistakes don’t bother me. There were allot. I did enjoy the story though. I would like to read a whole book by being able to search for completed stories. It does seem to be a little pricey to purchase. I have mixed feelings. Not very happy.

NovelCatNovelsandBooks is the worst app ever. I don't know who is the writer but their writing skill is worst then 4 grader. So many mistakes as vocabulary, grammar. The writer keeps dragging you from chapters to chapters with no conclusion. The worst thing is you even don't know when the book is done. I was paid over $15 dollars for the story n still not end yet. What do they think? 😏 I deleted NovelCatNovelsandBooks n will never go back. It was a big mistake for me to paid for that amount 🤣😂🤣. I want to give feedback so I hope no one good gets the trap as I did. There is a lot of good fiction book that you can find with much better price can improve your English. A big no-no for NovelCatNovelsandBooks 👎. If there is an option for me to give 0 stars I would give them 0.

I’ve never been a big book reader, especially not one as long as the particular book I chose, but I must say that I am addicted! The theme and mystery has intrigued me, excited me, and made me even feel nervous. I often read when going to bed, so that when I become tired, I will finally quit! I have found some grammatical errors along the way, but I think that is to be expected if written by an ELL (English language learner).

Love NovelCatNovelsandBooks but we have to spend to much money. I also think if we’re devoted readers we should get more perks better coin and voucher packages. The free appointment chapters should be free especially since they’re appointed but if they aren’t read by a certain time then coins/vouchers should be used. Sometimes when you purchase a package you don’t get what you’re suppose to get! I ordered a coin pkg and was suppose to get 300 vouchers per day but never got it! Got the coins though🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I recently started this novel after seeing an ad for it on Facebook. It definitely caught my attention after reading the first few chapters from the ad. After downloading NovelCatNovelsandBooks I finished the first 23 chapters in one sitting.😅Although the chapters are short and the story is one that may be familiar to many (cold rich man, resilient poor girl), it stays interesting. I’m excited to keep reading, would recommend to anyone who loves a cliche romance. 😊

When you finally find a book you enjoy enough to keep reading, you’ll soon look back and realize you’ve spent $50. I mean come on? The last book I read was amazing (Begin Again) but I honestly wish it was on a different app. I shouldn’t be paying so much money for an unfinished book. Unfortunately I won’t be reading anymore on NovelCatNovelsandBooks. Other reading apps that are similar are nowhere close to being this expensive. A total rip off. And the only reason at all I gave 2 stars was because the one book I did read was very good.

I’ve been reading books on NovelCat and is a fan for awhile. Have spent a lot of money but now I can’t even open NovelCatNovelsandBooks . I’ve even re-installed NovelCatNovelsandBooks hoping it will fix the problem with no luck. Can someone please look into this. All in all I’m a huge even though the grammar sometimes does not make sense but I still get the point of the story even if some of the wording is out of order. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP I HAVE MADE A FEW PURCHASES AND HAVE A FEW BOOKS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO READ

Started reading a book and was going to see if I could get it from the library. I was surprised to find out I can’t find the book anywhere. I’m not one that pays $10 for a book because I live 2 minutes from a library where I can read them for free. Now I’m trying to get points so I can finish reading this book. I probably won’t use NovelCatNovelsandBooks after I’m done.

You can tell writers don’t go through spelling check or professional editorial, but you can ignore all that once you start reading you won’t be able to stop. So far I love every story I’ve come across. Very creative and realistic stories. In love with NovelCatNovelsandBooks, coins can be acquired upon checking in everyday and watching a daily ad. So worth it though!

Don’t not like to start reading something and then have pay Arm and Leg for every chapter . Don’t like the coins. Good Luck to the writer, I liked story.
