Best app for building good habits and supporting self-care!

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and I love it! In the midst of all the craziness, it can be hard to remember to do things for yourself. This app really holds me accountable and ensures that I’m doing the small things to make my life better, such as stretching, meal planning, drinking water, and meditating. The analytics are great, as I can see which habits are affecting my mood the most. Overall, this is a great app and I’m so excited to have found it. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to put themselves first and build better habits.

Amazing app to track mental and personal well being

This app has great personal utility that is hard to come by in a clean and concise manner. It’s very easy to navigate and provides intrinsic value that continues to build upon itself as it helps you learn more about your habits and moods. The soundscapes are one of the best features too!

All in one

So much easier to use than using 3-4 apps. I can track my habits, log my mood, journal, and meditate all in one app. The insights could be better but the app just makes total sense. I wish there was more content though!
