Don’t we always just say hi to everyone we meet but inside we are not so good? For me that can be true and then when I stop to ask, how do I feel? I am not really sure. Habit and mood tracker

Great app to track both mood and habits. I found gym exercises are better for me in the morning than in the evening. I feel more happy and energized all day long after morning fitness. On another hand, evening workout makes me go to bed late. Definitely recommend About Me to track yourself.

Self care is important people, especially now! This is a clean, simple app to track your moods and healthy habits. Writing all these things down and keeping track helps with long term mood and happiness down the line
