Gold star on ice cream days
I literally just stood in my kitchen eating ice cream instead of going to the gym. You know what redeemed me? This app. Seven minutes is doable. Easy. No excuses. Get out of jail guilt free (mostly). And while I probably won’t get ripped in 7 minutes, I feel 100% better than I did 10 minutes ago when I stopped eating ice cream. The reviewer who called this the “exercise gateway drug” is on point! I’ve used DD’s yoga app since 2017 so I know this is just going to get better. I asked a question and support answered almost immediately. I’m stoked about this app!
Awesome Addition to the Down Dog Family!
A coworker told me about HIIT workouts, and I thought he was nuts. But this app makes it approachable- you can start with 7 minutes and increase as you go. It’s fun, fast & a challenge that is so addictive! Gonna be doing this as part of my weekly workouts, in addition to using their Yoga app!
Great app for all occasions
I’ve tried a number of apps and this is a favorite. I can do it at home in a quick minute or string several together at the gym. My current favorite is adding 7 minutes of abs after a run. Thanks for making it!
