2 weeks agoI have just been in contact with Apple. Have just pasted what I wrote to them. Hi there… I signed up for what I thought was a free face yoga app. I have since the. Only used the app maybe 4 times and Jen have realised I have been getting billed ever since then and for an amount which is ridiculous it must be the highest subscription they have and also most frequent. I tired to refund back around the beginning of the year and it would t let me and I never came back. Then I cancelled and I am still be charged. Which is crazy I think and so frustrating that an app can just deduct from your bank account without you fully committing to an amount of it is quite a large amount. At first I was going to just forgot about but now I think this is so wrong charging me after I have cancelled and plus the amount a face yoga app should t be allowed to charge $70-$80 per month! Please look into and refund to my account. I would like to report this elsewhere if possible as I’m sure this is happening to lots of people if it’s happened to me so easily. 1 month agoI am trying to unsubscribe to your service, and it seems I no longer have an active account as I tried to login and got the message 'Customer not found'. Despite not having an account or being able to use your service I have been charged a monthly fee of £37.47 per month since last August (wed 23, 2023). I would like a refund of my money or the assurance that all payments from me to your company will be stopped.

2 months agoHello, I tried your 7 day trial. After one month you charged Me so I went into my Google account to see if I forgot to cancel the membership but it didn't show that I have one. Now you charged me again. I don't want the app and I want to know why it didn't show that I have a membership when I did. That's why I didn't cancel and you charged me again!!! Please contact me as soon as possible

3 months agoREFUND ME AND CANCEL: I would like to CANCEL my subscription. Your company charged my bank twice $54.36 on November 30, 2023 and on December 30, 2023 for your LUVLYAPP, WHY? THEN you charged to my bank two other fees of $11.99 and $21.18 both on October 31, 2023. I don't understand what is going on. Please explain how you come up with these changes, I feel i'm entitled to some refund for these charges. Thank you

7 months agoI am being charged $64.98 for an App called Luvly Care Yoga that I never signed up for. I have contacted American Express to let them know of this scam. Customer beware that if you download - even when you do not sign up for it, they will look for ways to scam you. This app does not even appear in my IOS subscriptions. I had to order a new card because of them!

3 years agoDear, I subscribed myself to your app for a year of premium acces (I paid €15,99 for a year). However, when using the app, I still have limited access to almost everything. 1. When we pay for an app we expect to NEVER see any ad popping out on the screen whenever we open it, unfortunately it’s not the case with this one plus there’s no convenient option to remove it when it shows and I accidentally open it every single time! 2. The amount of exercises is low, it keeps showing the same 4-5 steps (in a different order all the time) even if I chose many areas. 3. I never, not even once got 100% success because there’s got to be a one that it’s impossible for the sensors to get. Usually in my case when it gets to the tongue, that I’M REALLY SORRY but mine can’t touch the nose. I can’t even remove this one that I’ll have to stuck with until the end of month. Ridiculous.

I have been using this app for a while and to be honest I love it! However, since I have paid for the new subscription (which is more expensive than the last one because I want to try more stuff), I couldn’t watch any video in the app. My internet is completely fine ( I can still play online game on my phone and use other social media apps). The video keep loading but nothing ever comes up. I was so frustrated that I have tried to delete the app and download it again but still it doesn’t work. I feel like I just wasted my money!!! I don’t mind to pay for another app. It’s just I actually like this app but it seems like I can’t use it anymore :(

There are only 5 exercises and they are mostly the same every day; lift your head up and then down, to the right and then to the left (2 out of 5). Other apps have 7-10+ exercises with a lot of variation. The app also captures your image in a grid, so it provides feedback as to how well you’re doing. That’s an interesting feature but the facial recognition depends also on the lighting and camera angle and sometimes does not work well...so that the app stops as it assumes you’re not doing the exercise properly, and it skips the exercise. Will not subscribe again.
