I’ve been waiting for my sneaker review for 19 hours now and I try to contact them and that does not work as well I didn’t pay so I can wait basically a whole day for a review check check you need to fix this!!!

CheckCheckApp checks correctly about 98% if the time & when working its a great tool for anyone buying & reselling.

The problem is that CheckCheckApp is very buggy and slow. Sometimes it doesnt even check in the time frame it says it would and you have to go on Instagram dm just to get credits returned or see whats going on.

For the amount of people using this service, it should be a much better app. Potential is there so hopefully they fix it.

To be honest with y’all, this is a such bad App for Legit Check. I bought 5 pairs shoes (Nike Dunk Panda Low, Retro 1 UNC, Yeezy Slide, Retro 4 Fire Red, Retro 11 Cool Grey), and did legit check here. Two of them were past legit check , one was NOT PASS, other two were not able to verify…. I really doubt the function of CheckCheckApp. And now you can’t even top up … such a bad developer and bad App. They using AI program to check your sneakers and this is such a joke for Sneakerhead that you didn’t even see the material then how could you do legit check??? Guys believe me as I’m a Sneakerhead for life , never ever try CheckCheckApp !!!!

CheckCheckApp used to be a good source to check shoes but now it doesn’t even have the credits that I PURCHASED! I had well over 30 credits and now it is saying i have ZERO!! It takes 16 HOURS to check ONE SHOE!!! I dont know what is up with CheckCheckApp but it has to be fixed asap because ONE, CheckCheckApp is supposed to be the main app people go to for a legit check but we do not use it to wait 16 HOURS just to get a confirmation and TWO, THESE guys are taking my money and not giving me what i paid for. You guys basically took my cash and ran with it.

I’ve been using CheckCheckApp for some time and it always work great quick check all the time. But recently I’ve summited a check for some off white dunks for 30min result and it been 24hr still haven’t respond with a result I’ve tried to email their customer service many time nothing from them. I thought it might be a glitch so I summited another one for 30 min today on the same shoes and it has pass 7-8hr now and still nothing very disappointed and I’ll have to file a refund.

I don’t know if CheckCheckApp is under new management because I have never had to wait this long for an authentication check before. Last week it took well over 8 hours for what was supposed to be a 30 minute check and now it’s taking well over 16 hours for a 12 hour check. They need to bring the old management back or completely overhaul their team because whatever they’re doing now isn’t working for their customers!

I legit bought a verified authentic shoe from goat that contained the receipt and everything.. just to tel me it doesn’t pass. CheckCheckApp is dog water literally don’t bother to trust it.

I was excited to try out CheckCheckApp since it promised a legit check on sneakers within 30 mins. I followed along with the instructions, posted pictures, paid $5, and yet almost 8 hours later, I still have had no updates on my “check”. Not wasting another minute on CheckCheckApp. If I could give a 0 star review, I definitely would.

Still waiting over 24 hours for my check, reached out twice at this point and no response. Stay away from this garbage and find another app with better business practices because this one isn’t it. Let’s not forget this isn’t a free service, total joke to put the word professional near anything associated with CheckCheckApp.

Been trying to buy credit balance to get my shoes checked out and it keeps saying network issues. CheckCheckApp is super laggy. would not recommend getting your shoes checked here. you should get them checked out at a nearby sneaker store because there have been replicas that have passed as legit many times.

Authentication is fine, does it’s job. But the quoted times are just flat out wrong. Tried multiple times with all 3 different time options, each took OVER 2 days to be completed. Like at least don’t charge extra for quick service and quote reduculious times if you can’t keep your word. Will be using other apps

Paid for a 30 min check, and also had issues where I was double charged on coins cause CheckCheckApp bugged out and said network error. Terrible communication. Tried contacting support and haven’t heard back in 2 weeks don’t waste your time or money

CheckCheckApp use to be the best authentication app but now it’s terrible. CheckCheckApp use to be able to authenticate in 30 minutes, 2 hours, 4 hours, etc and it can’t even do that now.I tried authenticating 2 sneakers that took 12 hours just to find out they still weren’t able to verify anything so I was refunded my credits.

Honestly I’ve never had a good experience with CheckCheckApp. The first time I used it I never got a response. I tried to get a refund for the credit and got no help. I tried it again, it verified the shoes as real, so I purchased them, and they turned out to be fake. Now CheckCheckApp doesn’t even work when I open it. Awful.

I paid over $60 just for CheckCheckApp to get down. Takes 12hrs to make a Check and when the 12 hour comes it’s like you didn’t do anything.
And it says “Bug Fixes” now it takes 4hrs instead the usual 30min. I know you have a lot on your plate but that’s Business and it come with responsibilities…

Literally takes more than a day to get a check back even selecting the 30 min option, and then upon sending an email as a complaint for such long turnover times they respond with a CANT verify simply to get you out of their hair… if I could rate less then 1 star I absolutely would

CheckCheckApp and company is garbage I used it for the first time to see how good they are and I paid for a 30min check about 12+ hours ago and they never check my sneak I emailed them twice and messaged them nothing no response for my entire sneak collection glad I didn’t put to much money into this wack app.

Does it really take a day for a 30 minute check? You left me and my customer waiting for 2 hours for a check that didnt even look too hard to check, do better, sincerely, the whole sneaker community

App is slow and they lie about the time frame to get back to you. Not worth the time and money. They don’t have enough people to check so when they run 2 days late they just send an unable to verify with no explanation. Try a different app.

I have been scammed a time or two and it’s the worst feeling in the world. It’s nice to have sneaker head friends who can give opinions. But I love that CheckCheckApp will give you a little added peace of mind on a purchase. I think one thing that would make CheckCheckApp cooler, is if your shoes pass, they can produce an authenticity printable like copy to put in your box. That reflects the pair, some info about it. Maybe the box date codes or include the photos submitted so we know the shoe wasn’t swapped. But it’d almost create a receipt. None the less, CheckCheckApp saved me, helped me, I’ve tested them with great fakes I sadly got hustled on. Check check failed em, so I fully trust these guys!

Overall, the experience is great.
Areas of improvement, pricing and better feedback on products that are identified as authentic. You are given that the product is authentic, however, there is no context as to why it is authentic. When the item is not authentic, you are given a reason. Would be great to have the same experience with authentic items. As far as pricing goes, $3 seems a bit excessive for a quick authentication. I do appreciate the solution being available, especially when I need a quick authentication, however, I would ask the team to review pricing structure.
Other than that, great product!

Amazing app. I get a lot of steals off eBay and CheckCheckApp helps me verify the authenticity of the shoes. And this may change as CheckCheckApp grows but I’ve paid 1 credit for the 4 hour legit check since I’m not in a rush and the shoes were authenticated within 10 minutes each time. But the 30 minute authentication option would be great for in person buys. Only thing I’d suggest is being able to submit a link such as a shoe on eBay instead of needing the shoe in hand and possibly going through the return process.

Been using CheckCheckApp for a while now and I’ve had a few pairs legit checked and compared to other services these guys have them beat in terms of price, quality and even wait time. I used one credit to have my Legit Check results returned in four hours and an hour later I had my response. This is definitely my go to app for Legit Check purposes.

I have used several legit check apps since I buy and sell all types of shoes. I’ve had a lot of questionable results on other apps. But on Check Check, they have not only been quick with their results, but dead on accurate every legit check they’ve ever done for me. Plus you just can’t beat their prices and quality customer service! Thanks guys!

After being misled by a seller on a shoe
I didn’t have much experience with, I brought it to a local shop 30 minutes away and a few online resources only to learn it was a fake. With CheckCheckApp a few pictures and 30 minutes or less. I can feel confident about my purchase and have a record of authenticity if I ever sell the shoe.

At first I was depending on the legit check app but when my friend told me about this about CheckCheckApp I gave it a go. I was so scared that my shoes were fake so I had to put it to the test and of course I had to use the sneaker legit check app. CheckCheckApp helped me let go of my stress once it told me that my shoes have passed as legit. Would recommend CheckCheckApp to those feeling like their shoes aren’t legit. CheckCheckApp is a life saver.

Got 3 shoes checked here that were gifts or bought outside of authorized retailers. 2/3 passed and the one that didn’t I already had assumptions they were a tad off. Helps if you take more optional photos especially at areas where fakes seem to leave out. Most of my shoes come directly from retailers so I’m good but any other shoe I’m uncertain about I’ll use this service. Thanks!

I have used the service a number of times and they have always been spot on. A couple times, I’ve used the option for a legit check in less than 4 hours and the answer has come back to me in a minute. Great service and I will continue to use it regularly.

I had a pair of off whites and at first they seemed real, but was unsure until I sent some pictures and got them checked. They turned up fake, but at least I knew that they were fake before selling them. I also heard about CheckCheckApp from PTownKicks who was the original reason I found out about this. I can honestly say don’t look any further when it comes to a legit check of shoes, these guys have been so accurate with all of my legit checks and it’s insane, don’t hesitate to purchase credits and have your shoes legit check because they’ll bless you within 30 mins if you need that ASAP legit check it’s insane 😱

Got some Yeezys legit checked after being pretty sure a shoe was legit. CheckCheck first told me I did not submit sufficient pictures, so I submitted more and received a completed check in 15 minutes. CheckCheckApp seems legit and trustworthy, I just want more details on the process to check. Overall, I am content with the results I received.
