My spouse and I were going through a rough patch that lasted a couple of weeks. I was a bit suspicious and looked on this 'Find family & Friends' app. She was located somewhere where I'd never heard her talk about. I left work early and drove there and waited. Two hours later, my spouse and her boss walked out of a restaurant intimately. After first, it seemed like I was in a trance. I snapped back to reality, took a pic of them and decided that I’d get to the bottom of it. I drove off and sought for the investigatory services of an elite PI who I found on the appstore; his name’s Andrew. I immediately wrote to drew on his email at elitehackinghq @ gmailcom carefully explaining the situation I was in and the court admissible information I needed to file for a divorce. I speedily paid for his services while Andrew hacked into her phone. I had access to her call conversations, videos and pictures, her texts and msgs from her social media. I saw all the places she’s been to, I saw everything! She had been at it with her boss right under my nose! I got what I wanted; concrete evidence so I proceeded to file for a divorce. I wouldn’t be writing this if it wasn’t for the meticulousness and professionalism exhibited by Andrew right in the nick of time. Going forward, he assured me that he’s only an email away. You can write to him too if you require his services.

This is my third review of FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily and I’m hoping the developers are paying closer attention than they did the last time. Before when I hit refresh it would show exactly where the other phone is now it doesn’t show that at all I have to scale down in order to see where the other phone is. So whatever changes they made were completely useless. FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily still doesn’t update properly and hitting the refresh button is like there is no refresh button so they might as well just delete that option. FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily used to be able to show the pace at which that person in the car was moving. now FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily doesn’t show that at all and the updates are so bad so poor that the location of the phone can be five blocks or six blocks away before it shows where they actually are. If I could give FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily -10 stars I would. I’m surprised that Apple even considers putting FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily on any iPhone because it is so useless.

FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily is a total scam. Read the reviews - I had the exact same experience. Signed up for “free trial” that auto renews WEEKLY at the highest possible price- $5.99 PER WEEK?! Not sure why the Apple store would allow this kind of bait and switch app to operate in FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily Store but I’m requesting a refund of all charges. I don’t usually leave reviews but this seems too deceitful to not post. And I’m sure they’ll reply that I can cancel any time by logging into my Apple account and managing my subscription but again, the overall experience and the fact that this looks and performs similar to the iPhone’s built-in Find my app seems purposely misleading.

Would give zero stars if I could. I downloaded FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily for the “free trial” but found my phone literally minutes after. Within those minutes, I tried to go back and cancel my 3 day trial as soon as possible, but it still shows as an active subscription and I fear I’ll be charged after the three days after reading the other majority of bad reviews. You all have responded with a “via System Settings > ITunes and App Store....” default message, but it doesn’t work at all. I’m going to report and am expecting a full refund if anything.

I do not want FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily, now have I used it. I did not mean to purchase this and I am being charged for a year subscription. I have looked everywhere for a contact number to cancel this, and I cannot find a phone number anywhere. It’s hard to believe this this not purposely. I want to cancel immediately and refunded. I will be calling my bank next and reporting fraud if I am not given contact information to cancel this.

Thought I’d give it a try, since it had a “free” 3 day subscription. After a couple of days, I decided to go another direction. I spent most of the evening trying to cancel the free trial. I could not find a “cancel subscription” anywhere! Not on my Apple ID profile or anywhere in the settings. I can resubscribe, but not cancel. WHAT A SCAM! Unfortunately for me, they have billed me for an app that I won’t use & I’ll post on FaceTime to avoid FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily like the plague!

FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily tricks you with a 3.day free trial that once you sign up it does not offer a way to cancel from with in FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily so it can charge you the ridiculous fee they offer further more FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily does not work as described all of these leads to conclude that it’s only concern to get your personal info ,the interface on FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily it’s very cheap looking and complicated to use, shame on apple for allowing apps like this operate

This is a tricky app. They tell you that you will be asked if you want to continue with the subscription but they charged my account anyway and I can’t find out how to cancel the subscription.. they make taking your your money an easy trick but not getting it back or canceling. I have this same thing for free on life 360. This is ridiculous

This Apple is completely useless waste of money I canceled today because my subscription ended November 2 and I just got a rebuild for $70 is there anyway I can get in touch with this company or a customer service number not happy

Signed up for. .99 trial waisted two hours walking where it said phone was! It was at a police station ON two miles away first time said phone was at my bussiness 30 miles away FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily is a gimmick doesn’t use true satellite imagery

FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily advertised a 7-day trial window, until after I purchased it. I was charged $70 after 2-3 days. There is no way to contact customer service. I took a screen grab of their original contract, which is false advertising as it clearly states a free 7-day trial period. I will be reporting to Apple and to the BBB.

App seems to be trying to capture people with a logo that looks like google maps and a feature which is a free component of iCloud “Find my”. Fortunately able to talk my parents through cancelling the extortionate subscription before they were charged.

I’m about done with apple. I don’t want any new enhancements or track anyone! I just want to find my own devices when I want. Cut the crap bi have a life and it’s not learning the latest and greatest about invading privacy. Jerks

I get FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily to finds friends phone and all FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily did was advertise and try and get contacts!!! Not one time did it ask any INFORMATION about the phone we were supposed to find. FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily is a joke and should be banned at Apple Store

I have to pay for absolutely everything, there is no test run and I don’t get one contact free, how am I supposed to know if I want to buy your product if I don’t know what your product does or if it actually works?

I tried to use FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily. It’s not finding my phone or my family’s phone. How do I cancel my subscription and ask for a refund. There isn’t a way to contact the company unless you write a review.

I thought I would be notified if I wanted to continue my subscription. I was charged without asking me. I want to cancel the subscription and get a refund back for the amount they stole from me. Im disappointed with the way they handled FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily.

Didn’t work at all & Still charged me even after unsubscribing, I kept getting an error message to cancel during free trial and got charged on the 3rd day.

So i wanted to try to find my Samsung kids tablet and i knew how, but when i got on FindMyPhoneFriendsFamily i tried to create an account and I created the account but then it kept telling me to pay! If the game costs money, DONT MAKE IT FREE. Gosh some people....

This is amazing as heck. But nothing justifies the extreme cost.
