FiiZ Drinks App Software

I absolutely love Fiiz! The convenience of their app is amazing, I have always had the option of hitting the bring my order button, however, they always seem to beat me to it by having my drink curbside before hand! Fiiz knows what customer service is, and unfortunately most Local places are more worried about their cash and employee conversations.

The app is pretty good, there is no “bring it out to me” button, so me and my friends had to go into the store to get our drinks. It was a slow day there so luckily there was no line to wait in, but it would be really good if there actually was a button. A week or two ago, the app was down, and the whole thing didn’t work at all. I was really glad when I opened it up this week and it worked again. Anyway, pretty good app, but could use a few improvements.

This app is good, but I would like to see an option to customize the amount of ice they put in the drinks. Also I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to pick up my drink outside the store or through the drive through because it wasn’t clear.
