I don’t understand the point of having to “allow” SamsungTVStreamer on the screen of your TV BEFORE you can use your phone to control the TV? If I was near the TV and needed to turn it off, wouldn’t I just use the power button or remote control to turn the TV on or off? The whole point in using your phone as a Smart switch is to be able to turn the power on or off when you’re away from the TV. I could even understand if you only needed to allow the TV to do this only once, but each and every time I use SamsungTVStreamer, I have to give it permission to allow my phone to control the TV. I might as well just use the remote, which has a pretty good range anyway. SamsungTVStreamer isn’t practical.

What a bust! SamsungTVStreamer is constantly crashing, losing the connection with my tv, or taking forever to load pictures. It isn’t the internet because other apps doing something similar work just fine. The worst part? Every three pictures you scroll through it asks you to leave a review, and you can’t click cancel for five seconds. This is the third time I have left a review. We are done. Uninstalling now.

I love SamsungTVStreamer it is great and it really helps with my tv whenever I lost my remote I can just go to my phone and turn in off or on or use the volume buttons!

I was attempting to use chrome cast because my tv is just too old for hbo Max, and it asked me to download SamsungTVStreamer so it would work. I did but I couldn’t even click on anything! I can’t even get farther than the screen it brings you to when you open it so I have nothing else to say

Was great until ads started popping up between every click. Really fun when im not just changing the channel, settings that require multiple clicks (like changing tv brightness), now requires about 3-5 ads. Frustrating. If you have to have ads do them first or after completing the commands.

I downloaded SamsungTVStreamer and there was a delay on the screen mirroring feature, so I bought premium because it claimed to provide better service, and there is a 17 second gap between when I do something on my iPad and when it shows up on the TV.

I am so so disappointed 😔 I downloaded SamsungTVStreamer and payed for the upgrade, I still was getting a poor service.
SamsungTVStreamer would not connect to my TV on time and would lapse between videos. It was a pain to play my favorite videos, and my remote was not working as well.
Please I need a refund!!
