LetsGetChecked: Health Testing Reviews

This company scams you by selling you a kit with a fake expiration date. Nothing in the kit actually expires within a few months, it’s only there to increase their sales. The kits cost around $15-20 to create and ship. The fee they pay affiliates per person that buys a kit through them is $30 which means their profit margin on these kits is already outrageous. Yet they refuse to replace or refund or discount any kits once the ones you have expire.

Their competitor for example, everlywell (much better company until this app proves me otherwise), their kits have the same items in them and last a whole year, so you can buy a few on sale and stock up.

It blows my mind that a company thinks they can sell $250 tests and not offer ANYTHING to their customer if a kit expires before they need to use it? I won’t stop the harassment until the kits are replaced or refunded. I’ll plaster every review site, blow up your phone lines, emails, visit your offices, destroy your social media whatever I have to do to get my money back. I have nothing left but time on my hands.

We tested through Let’s Get Checked for Hawaii covid test. When I ordered the test it arrived so fast. When the time came to test, we were put on a video call and the people were so helpful. I sent it in and got my results in a very timely matter. I highly recommend this app!!!

I love I can easily pull up my metrics now and this app is a great testing service.

I use the service in tandem with testing from my health care provider and have leveraged the results in discussions about health care options.

What I’d really like to see is LetsGetChecked, or rather the service as a whole, onboard to Apple’s Health Kit platform, so the test results can be pulled into Lab Results section, similar to other direct-to-consumer testing services.

The goal being I can review my historical results (e.g. testosterone, prolactin, etc) in tandem with my results from my health care provider and other testing services in a single graph.

LetsGetChecked is a great first step and I’m very appreciative, if you could take this next step in the evolution of your service, it would be great!

Overall service was good with the video test taking and the UPS pickup, however we had sent in 3 tests all done together, all put into 1 box. 2 results returned at the same time, but the 3rd at 24 hours later. Didn’t make sense since all 3 were negative, but it was cutting it close to being able to scratch the flight and reservations, and make other plans with the 3rd coming in late.

We ordered 2 , they arrived on time . The test process was easy to do and customer service was awesome ! We took test on 12/31 and had results in our email and on LetsGetChecked by 1/2 ! Very quick turn around considering the holiday . We highly recommend .

Spent 30 minutes for agents to pick up for the teleconference. The system kept knocking me off at 3 minutes. Apparently you need to update. Also helps to have a Google account ahead of time. That’s how they do the video feed now.

The quality is top notch, the customer service is excellent and even LetsGetChecked is fantastic.

App and website did not provide the same information. Through LetsGetChecked I was not able to activate the test as early as necessary, but was able to do it on the website.
Once in touch with a live person everything was well explained all of my questions were answered clearly.

Got results back in 24 hours and that’s from taking the test and sending it via UPS to the lab! Cost & time effective! Highly recommend!

You took 4 days to turn around results. Negative test result early in the day & then sent me a message close to midnight that you reported me as not compliant to my employer. This destroyed my work day forcing me to reschedule everything due to your inefficiency & incompetence in reporting.
You’re messing with people’s livelihoods so you would think you would be more careful, more efficient, & show a descent level of competence.

Where I work we are tested weekly. The last 2 times, LetsGetChecked was totally useless to track the progress or get the results. It still showed “expected in lab” even after getting an email from the company that the results were available. By logging into the website I could get the test results even though LetsGetChecked showed it wasn’t even at the lab yet.

Big problem solved - LGC corrected an email issue which prevented them from contacting customer. Searched for their phone number and called them. Very polite.

I have a flight Saturday night and sent in my sample Thursday morning. My results came much quicker than expected and happy with this purchase

It was convenient and simple to submit samples. Done in the privacy of my home and at the time that was good for me. Thank you I was pleased with the service.

How it works. Video shows finger stick when it’s a cervical swab.

Instruction video: bandaid not plaster in US English.

For videos: Screen should rotate so we can watch sideways and blow up the screen to full size

Profile/ Settings tab should give option to change / add credit card or update address.

These are minor tweaks. Otherwise, LetsGetChecked is great, and the service is even better! Can’t wait to share with my friends!

So easy. I can do it on my own time. Missed plenty labs cause forgot and ate something or didn’t want to stand in line. Yahoo for let’s get checked. Thank u so much

When choosing my gender, bday and race it makes me click more than 15 times on each. Says error every time I click it. I’m sure of my gender bday and race. I gave up for a while to come here to complain in hopes when I go back to finish putting info into LetsGetChecked to finish my sample, it will work

I have downloaded this on both Android phone and iPad and It does not show I have an activated COVID test. I can see my test on my Mac computer with no problem.
