1 month agoI did not subscribe to recshot plus cartoon effects&stickere. It keeps on charging me gor subscriptions. I want to cancel but there is no option to cancel. Please!! You’re fooling people

3 years agoSame issue this app tricked people to download then when you want to cancel it , there is no cancel subscription button ! Please revert on my email with regards to unsubscribe to the annual subscription. Not a trusted app

3 years agoI was charged $69.99 for the RecSAhotCartoon app that I did not opt to purchase.I opted for the free trial and once I saw the price I did not continue. I didn't think about again until I reconciled my bank account 2 months later, at which time I discovered the charge fron RecShot. 3 years agoI downloaded your “free” app. Proceeded to charge me $54. My bank account is going to bounce because of this. I’m on a fixed income and cannot Afford such BS. I better get a full refund before my account bounces tomorrow. I canceled my subscription IMMEDIATELY but it still shows the pending charges on my account. Please respond to me post haste. Thank you.

A shame I couldn’t test it out.
I’m looking for an app that does something very specific. I want to turn pictures into cartoon pictures. I’m fine with paying for it, rates are very comfortable, however I would love to know what I’m paying for. Unfortunately I was unable to test out this app on certain pictures to see if it does what I want it to do. Message to the devs, at least make it to where you guys have your watermark all over the samples that are created by the free version. If people are too broke to afford 15-20 bucks a month, it be doubtful that they could afford a proper photo editor to edit out the watermarks. Also would love a version made for the iPad users. I know there’s a free 3 day trail, but I still feel uncomfortable about committing, especially if I don’t know that it’ll do what I was looking for, and I’m sure others are too. But as of right now, I will have to get by with something else unfortunately.

HAVE TO PAY TO DO ANYTHING😡
I saw this app (MARKED AS FREE) and thought I would download it to check out different filters for some pictures I’ve taken. Now it’s annoying enough when the adds for the app show you something that you can do if you pay while marketing that the app itself is free (HAHA😑 the joke is on the buyer for that one) but THIS app has absolutely 0 and I mean 0 things that you can do in it with out having to pay some weekly, monthly, or yearly fee. They don’t even have a simple filter that people can use unless you pay up which isn’t in the description of the app at all. They say you can unlock more features if you upgrade to the plus version but don’t give you anything to base the quality of the work on even if just 1 filter had been free they would have gotten a review based off that but nope they didn’t. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!

Good way to lose $$
When I installed the app and opened it for the first time, Immediately I was offered a year’s subscription for about $80, before even using the app, and because I have the newer iPhone, it was automatically bought because the app activated a payment request without my permission, and went through. Not even 60 seconds after owning the app, I had a 365 day subscription that I didn’t even know if I had wanted, and I didn’t get the choice because of how the app startup is set. After numerous attempts at contacting the developers, I have received zero responses about my requests for a refund. This app is designed to take your money, and that is that. I have used far better photo editing apps, and would never recommend this one to anyone looking to edit photos whatsoever. Save yourself some money and some time & stress.
