My son has been trying for weeks to download and use the Zogo app to qualify for the US bank scholarships but the app doesn't work. He has tried multiple times and can't get in. He's uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that does not help. How can this be fixed?

I redeemed pineapples for a 20.00 goft card on Sunday. It never came and Zogo sends automated emails saying that they will contact me in 48 hrs and they never do.

It won’t let me open the app. Every time I try to open it it just closes out i’ve tried all the solutions and nothing has worked. I am using an iPhone 12. Please fix this!!

Every time I try to open the app it just immediately crashes. I’ve tried redownloading, resetting my phone, clearing storage, nothing works. I’ve never been able to open it
