I love this app, however I recently changed my password and had to log back in. I’ve noticed multiple bugs ever since. Like the people who I actively engage with on the daily - the app tells me they’re not following me back, Yet they are. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Restarted my phone. Nothing was working. I tried logging out from the app and logging back in - that seemed to kinda help, there’s not as many bugs now as before. I tired using the “support” “contact us” feature. Wrote a message and it never seems to go through and it’s undeliverable - even with service. I paid for the subscription and would like my money back. But Apple is now horrible with refunding money for subscriptions. So I don’t even try anymore, I wish more apps had free trials. To test the feature prior to purchase. I like the app but they need to fix the issues and have better support for customers.
Don’t show you who has viewed your profile correctly. It is showing just random people. And story section is not working, too. It doesn’t show who mostly viewed your stories or other features. You will see $2 for 1 year in payment page but they took $24 from my card. Don’t waste your time and money
It’s wasted money! At first you may think it does wonders and then it just crashes every two minutes. Hate to be the one to say it, but it is not even accurate, did various experiments with it, with different accounts I have on Instagram and it didn’t show up in the app. Bottom line it is not reliable.

Impossible de me reconnecter sur mon compte Xprofile.
Également je trouve ça in acceptable pour le prix qu’on paie.
A chaque fois que je vais sur cette application ça me deconnecte mon Instagram et m’oblige a changer de mot de passe pour la sécurité.
Je paie pour une application qui ne marche pas ? Je n’arrive pas à me connecter
Trouvez vous cela normal ? Merci de vite rétablir ceci sinon ce sera une plainte pour arnaque

hello I downloaded your application a few days ago but I only wanted the free trial except it charged me 1 month and also 1 year of subscription when I did not especially want the second subscription is as if the application was to download a second time when I didn't want to. I see that your application has suffered a bug.
I would like to have a total reimbursement of the costs because I did not wish to subscribe and I did not validate anything.
