2 years agoHello, I am contacting you today because I recently came across two fees on my account from your app. I never signed up for a subscription, but my account was charged 2 times in one week which in turn made me get an overdraft fee of $29 twice. I want my full refund including the overdraft fees of $58.

I sent a message requesting you to stop taking money out and got rid of the App but see you are still taking money from my account. I am requesting 6 payments to be reimbursed at 5.40 each for a $32.40 total reimbursement. Thank you.

3 years agoWhen offering a free trial it gave me and option of a year or months I clicked the year so I could continue with the free trial only to find out the app wasn’t for me. When I was to delete one day into my trial it already took the money out my account with no option for refund. It contradicts the whole point of a free trial and is started to create a negative outlook on your app. Please contact ASAP to discuss a refund.

3 years agoGood morning When subscribing to Fitingo I choose the monthly 6.99 and than I was offered the special $36.00 a year. I thought it would cancel out the 6.99 a month now I have paid 36.00 for the year and 6.99 a month. If the 6.99 a month is not canceled, I plan to cancel my subscription. Disappointed
I was very disappointed to see that immediately after entering my body info I was asked about subscription without so much as being able to meet your trainers or even see a sample workout. For informative purposes, someone who is overweight has the hardest time just getting started but when you find a reason on top of something you love there’s no stopping you. Keeping your app set up the way it is, will not be as profitable or successful as showing some confidence in what you offering and allow people to try it before we commit to another subscription and or loose the nerve of finally getting the weight off. And you should probably reconsider your subscription options $5 a week or $25 a year... no contest. With options like that you look shady.

Free app, No workout
Yeah the app is free but to actually get the experience, you have to pay. You get the free trial first and then pay afterwards. I cannot pay because I am in school and don’t get money but am looking to lose weight in specific areas. What if there’s other people who can’t pay for more important reasons than mine? I do however like how they let you target the areas you want to lose weight, determine your age, weight and height, and if you follow the exercises and such, it gives you the exact date of the desired weight you would like to lose. Besides, I heard of people complaining that they still had to pay after they closed before the free trial ended.

It’s pretty good.
It pretty good and pretty cheap compared to other apps. But once you sent up what part of your body your working on there no way to change it. I said I want to work on my legs and belly but due to my weight and knee problems I have to lose some weight before I focus on lower body other while I need to wear a knee brace and have need pain for a week after just one day of lower body workout. All my workout involved mostly lower body instead of belly workout and I can change the plan they set up for me. So I have to the workout tab and pick specific workout but the don’t count towards my 3 workout for the week which is kinda annoying so it seem like I’m don’t doing the workout. The workout sections they have are great and force you to keep moving with little down time and I love it.
