Not Bad

I’m a university student visiting home where I don’t have a gym and this app is super helpful when you don’t have machines lying around your house. It keeps track of the timer for you and I just get on the ground and listen to the instructions. They couldn’t have made it easier. I’m looking forward to getting my cardio up and gaining muscle/losing a little fat and I love the different exercises they include. I already like it and I’m just on the trial week haha

Love it!

I’m pretty heavy and weak and this exercises are efficient and short enough to not scared me away. After I finish each day the feeling of accomplishment makes me feel great and willing to get up the next morning and do it again. Every day I’m working different parts of my body and is awesome! I know the intensity will be increase overtime but I am confident by then I will be able to do more.

What’s the point?

I downloaded this app and everything seemed to be working fine, no glitches and it doesn’t run slow. I tried to start my workout and the videos won’t load. There’s nothing else wrong with it it’s just the videos. I’m very upset that I set up a subscription for no reason.
