I really wish someone would make one of these intended for shift workers bc but everyone has the luxury of going to bed at the same time every day. And tbh even those who work the same time during the week don’t go to sleep at the same time on Friday or Saturday night unless they’re extremely boring people with no life. But back to my original complaint. The very first question I’m asked is “What time do you go to bed at night?” Well that depends on what shift I’m working that day or the next day. If I open the next day I have to be in bed by 10 to be asleep by midnight the latest bc I have to wake up at 4am but if I’m closing there current day I can’t do that bc I’m working until 10-11pm and have a 40 min commute add to that a shower and maybe a light dinner and wind down time you get a 1-2am bedtime. So! Where is the app that can adjust to that and just help me fall asleep when I need to and can’t? And where is the free demo? Why would I pay for something if I’m not even sure if it’s gonna work or not?

FAKE REVIEWS BY BOTS. This app is absolutely awful, I have just used it the third night in a row, the third night of restless attempts to get to sleep after listening to this, and woke up from slumber to write this review. The meditation are nonsense and don’t even make sense, the following disturbed me and encouraged me to write this review: “release your arms of all judgement.” They give you no choice in subscription just $9.99 a week, when I just went to cancel it offered various others, including $9.99 PER MONTH. Apple please review this app. It should not be in your App Store and have fake reviews. My faith in the company is somewhat diminished after this experience. Read the one star reviews to validate my opinion. We are not alone. The 5 star reviews are just bots. Even the responses to the 1 star reviews are generated by bots.

I have severe anxiety so falling asleep and staying asleep is difficult for me. I downloaded this app with hopes of it helping. The first 2 nights I played 2 different tracks and each did help my sleep. The third night, none of the tracks would load. The fourth night the same thing happened. I tried loading the app while on wifi and with my data several times on both the third and fourth night but it still would not load. The only track that would play was the rainfall sound that automatically starts when you open the app. & the ad to make a purchase loaded perfectly, of course. I can ONLY make the assumption that this is because they want you to actually make an in-app purchase. They’re rigging it to force you to pay in order for the app to run smoothly. Needless to say, it’s been deleted.
