I’m not receiving any surveys . It shows surge boosts but no surveys. I usually get several at one time during the afternoon but now I’m not getting any.

charging people for using customer service. FUCKING JOKE. ROBBING BASTARDS

this site is a fraud so much that it cost me to answer all the questions to get to make the order of 5$ from amazon and I never received the payment.

I have cashed out money to Paypal on 31 Oct 2020 but not received money as yet, also no email received on my Gmail for cash out. M not able to verify my contact number on portal.

I get plenty of surveys but my issue is when I do get surveys it's when I haven't even started the app and when I do all surveys are locked and can't be done why

Ok I have read all the reviews here and I see there’s no use in contacting you guys anymore about my cash out because it looks like you guys aren’t paying anyone for there services so I will chalk this $12 and some change up as a total lost an hope who ever stole my money uses it wisely for WATEVER they needed it for. It’s a shame we spend our hard earned time to do these surveys a then u don’t compensate us. I mean realy 2cents went u have spent 20 mins on a survey. I’m all the way done ✅ I’m signing out thx for nothing EUREKA! Never got my Sephora gift card. I’m reporting y’all to just so you know

Fix this this app please

I have tried for over one week to get the cash out feature to allow me to transfer money to card or bank account. Although you can begin process you cannot complete it. I have made phone call multiple messages. What should my next action be. I see my complaint is not an isolated event. Please advise.ASAP

I didn't receive my payment yet to PayPal

Same thing here. First time they let me cash out 10$. All nice. Now i got up to 7.50$, and after i complete surveys, they say survey was closed. Now, it displays only one, the same survey, 36cents for.15 minutes. Always kicks me out in the middle of survey. They are thieves and scanners.

I just today cashed out almost $12 and I chose to go with an Amazon gift card, well it says the cash out payment was sent to my gmail account but I still haven’t received any email with payment yet, I’ve cashed out quite a few times before but this is the first time I’ve had an issue…they still haven’t replied to any of my emails either, can someone from support please get in touch with me ASAP

Took entire 3 entire surveys and didn't get reward

My cash out is now $15.00 why did that change ??? I find that very weird .

I did the surveys and it says my cash out was sent to my email but the email on file was wrong. The correct email it was supposed to be sent to is kimmieashley25@redacted.

I tried to redeem code on Texas Roadhouse gift card and it continuously fails.

Looks like I’ve been having similar problems as some other people. I take time to try to make a little money taking the surveys and you spend 10 to 15 minutes then it says disqualified and gives you one cent or $.10 per compensation. Then a little bit ago today April 6, 2021 I clicked on a survey and it was called smart app smart panel and it was talking about how you can make up to $300 a month taking their surveys they said all I had to do was fill out a profile download the app .so I fill all the information made a whole new profile and then send me to an email to download thier app so in the email it tells me I had to go through my iTunes because it’s not in the App Store .I do all this work download the app I went to go to open the app and my phone tells me it is an untrusted developer luckily my phone was smart enough to not let Open it. Times are hard enough as it is right now I’m unemployed due to COVID-19 I’m a single parent I have a two year old so it’s hard enough to try to take the survey it as it is because he doesn’t like me on my phone I really thought I was going to be able to actually make it just a little money make some extra money .I’m deleting Eureka Surveys right now it’s like they turn into a scam they get your opinion on these surveys I feel like they tell you that they you didn’t qualified how do we know they’re not just using our opinions and not give us the money

My reward was 29.43 you guys still never sent the money i try to contact someone but no one is answering

It says frudulent and just have this like for 18 hours. Please fix

My account was listed under fraudulent which is never true,and later it been disabled can you please reactivate my account for me I got little money on my account and I don’t wanna loose it please.

This app always just says you don’t qualify for a survey after you already spend 10 minutes taking the survey. I contacted support and they don’t ever respond

I did the surveys, and made it to 10$ to cash out. How come i can't collect my money? It says wrong email. I only have one email.

I’ve logged into the app and got signed out after I made $8. I was very close to my goal :/. When I log back in it says there gonna send me link to log in automatically but doesn’t.

There is something very strange with the Eureka survey app. I’ve cashed our faster and repeatedly on SurveyJunkie. Slowly, but 100%for sure I’ve cashed out. Eureka makes it difficult. I’ve fully completed multiple surveys just for it to tell me in the end that either I’m not qualified for the survey or the survey has ended. Don’t bother, it’ll take you about 3 weeks to a month realistically to cash out on Eureka.
