Bittrex | Buy Bitcoin & Crypto Reviews

While I do like the coin offerings, BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto and website both need work. When I try to buy certain coins on BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto sometimes it works, sometimes it says that I am ineligible to trade this coin. Usually xmy or digitalnote give me this error. I’ve contacted customer support and got no help as to why I would be ineligible to trade the coins I am trying to buy. They suggested using the website on my computer to make the purchase. I tried what they suggested using google chrome as they asked me to to do. On their website the button to submit the order is not even clickable. I’ve been hesitant to put larger amounts in because then I’m not sure I’ll be able to buy the coins I want. It’s inconvenient when you have to buy bitcoin to swap then the price of bitcoin changes while you are waiting for a solution. I ended up buying different coins than I wanted to.

Lots of people say bittrex are scammers.... well I never had any problems with them.... yes it’s very low liquidity but over all it’s ok exchange for LONG term investment. Not good for day trading, only long term... many people complain that they are scammers but I never really had any problems.... also I got my crypto fast to coinbase without any problems.... so all good.... I actually uninstalled BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto and will probably log in back in 2025 or 2030 to see if I have any gains there... good luck to you all.

Two times in the last month I’ve tried to purchase coins with a debit card. It said “transaction failed” and I received nothing. Then I checked my bank account and the money had been taken out anyway. The first time they eventually refunded the money after having to wait about a week for extremely slow customer service. However, they did not refund the transaction fee. I’m currently waiting for customer service to figure out the second one. I have had many successful transactions, but the failed transactions are such a huge issue for me that I doubt I will ever use Bittrex again.

Edit: Bittrex took the time to respond to this review but they haven’t fixed my problem yet. What a joke.

I’ve been using Bittrex for a few months now some days good some days bad. When I first got BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto I could purchase crypto such as dodge. But after I made that first purchase I couldn’t make a second purchase no matter how many times I tried. A few days go on and I try buying again and I still get the same message it’s not letting me buy. A month or two goes by I try again I’m able to buy. Now whenever I go to buy or sell my ether him nothing shows up when I hit the browse button no icon of anything shows up my screen is just blank. This has happened several times and I’m getting fed up

I always use BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto to send payments to places that offer Bitcoin payments. They always give me at least a 15% discount. Bittrex always delivers it! Thanks!

I’ll be leaving Bittrex as soon as my preferred cryptos are offered elsewhere. I had a great experience until my recent deposit was deducted from my bank but no trace of it can be found on the platform. As long as you don’t ever run into issues you’ll have a pleasant experience, expect long support reply times and don’t expect great help if you need it though.

Came back to update my review to 1 star to reflect how terrible their customer service is.

Unfortunately my customer support issues have been less then satisfactory. I am trying to resolve an issue which is that $1000 BTC I withdrew disappeared even though the correct recipient BTC address wallet was entered. I sent a help request and got a automated response. They didn’t look into the issue at all and didn’t look at the attachment photos I sent either. I am very frustrated and hope they help resolve this.

I have jumped through every hoop they have thrown at me since early September when I got a new phone. First trying to reset 2FA, then verifying my device then verifying my identity a few more times and still have a disabled account.

It’s mid October and still locked out of a time sensitive market.

Email is the only method of contact and even that seems to be a third party that may or may not respond on any given day.

Worst platform I’ve ever dealt with. Been trying to two months to regain access to my account and the “support” people (that give no support) only know how to ask for verification photos that have already been provided. I want to close my account and swap emails (it takes them about a week to respond every time) with them yet nothing gets done. Strongly do NOT recommend using this cr@ppy platform.

Go take a look at their Facebook page. Click on any post they have. Look at the dozens and hundreds of unsatisfied customers who if you make any profit, you’re disabled or locked from getting those funds. Read the Reddit’s!! Caution! You will not get any of your money back if you make a good profit!!!

Customer service ignores you. Lawsuit is coming

I had money stolen off the exchange back in 2017 but now they have better security measures that prevent that from happening.

Security is way over the top which makes BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto and site very difficult to access especially from different devices. Cannot withdraw USD because BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto keeps giving errors when trying to verify bank account. I’m beginning to think this company is scamming people. There are far better alternatives. Avoid Bittrex at all costs.

They are scamming. They accepted you deposit money without verify your identity but if you want to withdraw then you have to verify your identity. But their verification system is very bad may not verify your identity and then you will lost money like me. Their support like nothing. 1 response / week and didn’t do anything.

Be aware to keep your coin far away. Good luck.

BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto is easy to use once you get familiar with it and learn how to navigate the menus.

I know you’re gonna read this and think, “There’s gotta be more to this story than that. How could Bittrex just lock peoples accounts and steal all of their coins??” Nope. They just straight up stole $5k from me. Apparently they do this fairly often. I should have done a deeper dive on reviews before signing up with them. Don’t use them.

They are a scam company and they will take your money and leave you with nothing other than disabling your account and tormenting you. The support is very shady and will ignore you completely. They don’t want to help, they just want a quick way to take your money. Stay away you have been warned!!!

Bittrex is the worse broker app. I’ve contacted them multiple times about login issues and had very little to none support from them. I’ve contacted before to withdraw my funds and they tell me to prove I’m the owner which I’ve have multiple times and they still say I need more Verification. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOULL NEVER GET IT BACK.

I have never had such a hard time to withdraw my money like I have had at bittrex. I have money in coin base Robin Hood I want to go then take it out whenever I want I have been trying to withdraw my money for three months and I have had no luck!!!!!

Bittrex developers to do:
Fix choppy navigation through coins via ui.
Fix bank and debit connectivity issues
Make chart indicators more accessible
Make charts more navigable through time and price

Secondarily, fees are very high. Which is understandable given user base. But at a point it will push people away to other brokers.

Okay, recently switched ecosystems and had to recover my f2a until I figured how to transfer from the google Authenticator. Now I’m stuck having to re-verify, and BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto crashes and closes when trying to verify my temp state ID card

Have had Bittrex for about a month now to purchase tether and having issues with adding funds from a visa debit card, I was able to add funds twice and it went through fine but now when I try it I always get a message saying “oops something went wrong” and doesn’t let me add funds, also I’ve called my bank and triple checked my info and all is correct... has to be a bug on BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto itself, will rate higher when it’s fixed

Go elsewhere. The only reason I got BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto was for HBAR. No one else sells. These guys are morons. Can’t even deposit money from my debit card. Unbelievable. And no support. I told them and they sent back "we can't read accents". If you weren't a moron, you'd look at my name and see I have no accent and I've deposited before. So it's withdrawn from my account and then they add a credit back. Worst app you could use for crypto. I'm going to pull out everything once I can buy HBAR anywhere else.

I submitted a ticket to let them know the FaceID login wasn’t working and their response was they don’t have a solution “sorry” just login the normal way. For a tech company to say that about a tech issue I thought that was interesting :(

I liked being able to get coins I couldn’t get on Coinbase but there was some sort of bug and I lost all my coins and they basically said it was my fault for getting hacked which isn’t what happened but they refuse to address bugs in their website so yeah useful but be extra careful I lost everything from a glitch

Had an issue with my debit card. After about a month of going back and forth between my bank and Bittrex they said they can’t do anything and made it sound like it was my fault. I added the card 3 times. I invested about 10k into Coinbase, my debit card works just fine over there.

Coins price maybe is not correct, on bittrex its low and on BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto its more high I dont know why. Also in BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto is not deposit and withdrawal options

One of the best OG crypto exchanges in the world. BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto is pretty clean and easy to use. It’s been getting even better with every update. Very impressed.

App does not updated balances and couldnt see my bought coins after i make an purchased, login on website i saw my purchase went through and see balances and coins i have bought. But app could Not, no good

This platform is horrible. I have never seen it harder to login, deposit, and withdraw funds. Customer support is terrible as well and does not even know what fields populate on their forms. I am not a “Karen”. This is the first negative review I have ever written.

I wish the entire Bittrex Platform would get a bit more advanced with their order types.

Would be nice to see:
• Take Profit / Take Loss
• Trailing in App

It also doesn’t send the email for verification when I need to login so I get locked out

BittrexBuyBitcoinCrypto gets off center on my screen. No matter what I don’t get full access to the keyboard and I can’t login. I did delete and reinstall. No luck. I’m deleting it.

I’m missing out on money because I can’t withdraw or deposit. Other than that it would be a good app, but it’s too much for me.

They get your all information then say don’t have service in your state (NY)
Make sure you’re eligible then out your info there

Constantly charges me for crypto and gives me nothing. App has many bugs. Terrible. For MONTHS its been doing this.

It took my time to activate trading 16 days, and still I couldn’t deposit to my account while I did in Coinbase all processes less than half an hour.
