When you subscribe for the first time, you automatically get a free two-week trial period. During your trial period you can use all of the Pro features. The initial term of your paid subscription begins after the trial period and only if you did not cancel your subscription via the App Store. Great tool to elevate your workouts

I’ve been lifting for 6 years now and typically write my own programs. What I like most about the app is it keeps a pace and each exercise is timed. It takes a lot of the hard thinking out of your training plan. Great app!

Great App

Love that is pushed me in ways I haven’t. Love that it has videos for each exercise and that if you don’t care for a move you can replace it with something else.
