I cashed out and it has been 2 weeks and I haven't been paid yet

I HAVE DONE A FEW $15 REDEEMS. BUT MY LAST REDEEM WAS ON FRIDAY 20/10/2023 ANDS ITS NOW 25/10/2023

PayPal option to cash out just takes you round in a circle, enter my email twice, click redeem, get asked to enter email again. support team don’t get back to you, wasted so much time on their surveys half of which kick you out when you are 99% there with no reward. Horrible scam.

I am trying to use Paypal. It requires a phone number. The field has “+49 XXX” preloaded. I am in USA. What do I enter for my (abc) def-ghij phone number?

I requested my payout of $15 using the 15.90 PayPal redeem option and it has yet to hit my PayPal account. This is the third day now this is seriously frustrating and I’ve wasted hours of my time trying to complete surveys that didn’t disqualify me for no reason. I hope they read these issues I myself and everyone else included are sending and get to the bottom of this because this is seriously annoying.

I purchased the $15 PayPal option for $15.90 on March 4. I did not receive an error message of any kind. It is now March 15, and the $15 has not hit my PayPal account. I have confirmed that the email used is indeed correct. Please help. This is frustrating.

Your lies about what we write is just an excuse for you to control how many panelist & how many surveys or issued out to other panelist like myself.We are the ones asked to give our opinions for researchers not the panel advertisers.So how can we give opinions in which satisfy you or the researchers if they have to satisfy you all in the way that you want.This will not make it the panelist 0pinion but yours. And with that being said there is no need of the lies about the suspention for 24 to 48 hours.

I was very close to being done with a survey before I couldn't pull up my keyboard on one of the questions no matter what I did no matter what I tried I could not pull up my keyboard it took like 15 minutes to try before I gave up

I did the surveys like crazy to reach the 15.50 dollar cash out. And by the time I cashed out a notification popped up saying “You’ve done too many withdrawals” or somewhere along those lines. Which doesn’t make sense just it’s my firsg withdrawal request ever. So I have 15 bucks just sitting there not yet able to cash out and receive. Like what is this bs?!

Stupid app is garbage. Took forever to get to $15.00. After being declined taking surveys or disqualified. Now I cannot get my money. Asks for phone verification, but doesn't do anything.

Had 3 surveys back to back that were finished - went all the way to the end, took 20 minutes each, end at the end *didn’t give me anything* Please look into your app this is a new issue. I’m ok being kicked out if I’m not a good candidate but NOT when I’ve finished the survey! And the surveys were through different partners so it seems to be an issue your app is having.

I’m having issues trying to cash out , I chose PayPal, but once I get to the verify number pop up it doesn’t let me submit my number I click the button but nothing happens. I spent days doing surveys to get enough to cash out. -lease fix ASAP.

I spend days doing surveys and when I was 39 cents away from cashing out the company block me from cashing out . That’s horrible people are struggling and this company rips people off.

Registered using the Google login function, worked for HOURS to generate $7.33 in earnings, - then your app did not work properly - Every time I clicked on a survey it closed down, today 8 May, 2021 on the iPhone XR software 14.5.1 So tried to fix this by downloading a fresh App, but it reverted to $ 0.00 even after logging in with Google. I cashed out $25 with PayPal a week ago and have not received it. There is no way to contact the support team if they even have one. The “help” section is just a FAQ with no way to actually contact anyone. I need a resolution not “we’ll do better”

For some reason I get banned sometimes directly when I start a survey even if I havent been logged in for 12 hours or even 2 days sometimes. The banning is gone after 8 hours or so but I don't know the logic af this. And today I got banned for life it seems, year 2120. Seems there is a major bug on the homepage. Every time I try to complete a survey an error appears and I am unable to finish it. This is also on pc not only on moblie. No was to report this I have searched the app for a customer service address or any link that will enable me to report this. I have credit available but however I am unable to cash out due to this. I hope this gets fixed as I would like to use the app again.

Hi team,I m using your iPhone app,When I click ur survey,90% of time ur survey report failure.Sometimes if it get through it,it doesn’t load.If all goes well,it stuck in between,result in middle failure.At this time,I don’t have option left to cancel it & quote as technical issue. Every time I click on survey to try and complete one I keep getting a error message saying server error in application it’s a joke.

App wont let me cash out. I've been using it way, way longer 3 days and it keeps popping up a message saying that my account must be at least 3 days old. according to the history page on the app, my account has been active since 12/09/2020. I am reading tons of reviews that you don't pay out. And why is it that when i click on the terms, there is an error. That's a legal document and you must allow access to it. And for a 3rd aspect. How can you have no contact on the web page or app for customer support. I've contacted my lawyer and will be taking further action unless at the very least these 3 issues are corrected. And if you think I am kidding, contact me personally and I will give you my lawyers phone number. Thank you and have a fantastic day!

Everything has been going fine so far. My phone number is incorrect and I can't find where to change it. I'm trying to cash out and it won't verify me due to wrong phone number.
