It really works

This is such a good way to begin and sustain a workout schedule. The exercises progressively and slowly increase in intensity so that it shepherds beginners through the journey to becoming fit. After each day, you rate how hard it was, and this is used as feedback for future sessions. I love this app!

So Far, So Good

I love the app and the workouts. I’m in my second week and still can’t believe how much this is challenging me. That said, I haven’t noticed the scale change (decrease or increase). To me, I look at that as though I’m gaining lean muscle which weighs more than fat BUT I need to see the scale decrease. I’m also eating healthier because I know the app can’t do it along. The app is totally free but I’m going to purchase the ad removal for $5.99 ONLY because I want to show my support for the app. After I finish my 30 days and I’ll provide an update. -JC

I LOVE THIS APP!

My husband and I have been using this app for about 3 weeks so far and we have both received so many compliments! It is so convenient and fast (the workout length) which is perfect for me because I get bored easily with workout routines. I love it!!
