I just did my first yoga session and I’m a little sad that there is no beginner option as most of the yoga apps don’t have one. I decided to take up yoga because I am constantly stressed but I guess I will just have to learn quick. The only issue I have had this far is it automatically started me on day two instead of one. The app is really smooth and peaceful though and I’m finding my self in love with it already! I can’t wait for tomorrow!
Great for a beginner
I’ve only tried yoga a few times in the past. I knew my body needed something other than basic warm-up stretches to increase my mobility. I rock climbing, slackline, and cycle regularly, but body is too rigid. I’ve been using this app every morning for a week now and I’m really enjoying it so far. I started with the “restorative yoga” option and have been working my way up. I will most likely invest in the full paid version in the future.
hi . i'm in Iran and here we most are in home i have two little baby and the situation for them and also me is not very well, two of my uncles passed away by covid-19 unfortunately. i feel very sad and always i wanted to do yoga before but i had to pay for this app but i couldn't because of the sanctions . i really became amazed by this app and your decision that is free until april. this is a very good news for .
