This company stole money didn’t get it back… I ordered a sim card and order didn’t go through.. but I was charged 31 euros … keep asking for my money back but they keep on telling stuff like yah we did the refund a month later nothing BEWARE! *Does not work in Colombia* I’ve got an iPhone 13 pro and after talking with support, and not being able to resolve it. The service remained sporadic and unreliable.
Two stars because support for super quick and tried to help. Unfortunately, the solutions did not bear a reliable fruit.
As a good Murphy’s law it doesn’t work when you most need it like when requesting an Uber. And then, a lot of steps need to be followed to get the mobile back online.

Works really well, is easy to use. Tried USA roaming, uses Starhub from Singapore via t-mobile as a provider, so it is not a true local provider which slows down data a bit. i love this this app app very much
