Here’s why they get 5 stars
I Intentionally waited for delivery & use so I could give honest feedback; so here it is, 5 stars. Laptop and monitor I ordered were the specifications I choose (out of 3 categories: Fair, Good, Excellent). Online order was convenient, items arrived in reasonable time, and the one item that took longer was tracked, so I knew. Most importantly, both items work like new & at a fraction of cost (repeat that line slowly). Warranty is reasonable and makes buying used products palatable. Lastly, while I’m no tree hugger, I think recycling usable products makes environmental & economic sense.

Probably the most well optimized and designed app I’ve ever used
Other than this website not being an actual scam (I’ve bought several products from here), this app is so pleasant to use because of how optimized it is. Everything is fluid even when I use this app on an iPhone 6 (A 7 year old device!) Other than the app, buying products and returning them are relatively simple and I’ll be definitely buying more things from here in the future. You can really find good deals on here on various things if you look deep enough.

Very Satisfied
I love it. I’ve seen other reviews saying the customer care is “bad”, but I have ordered from multiple different sellers and only had one product that was not what it seemed to be condition wise, and they were very understanding and did everything to get me the right product, and give me a full refund for the inconvenience. And there’s more than just great customer care, their collection of products for sale is awesome! Would totally recommend this to anyone who wants a great deal on electronics, and good service and information about products.
