Topps Flops

I am an avid collector of cards and used to buy the Living Sets, MLB and UCL, weekly. I stopped collecting from Topps due to the numerous issues that I have had with multiple UCL orders. Amongst issues included failed adjustments for their coupon code (uclls25), Topps website failing to process an order for the hours leading up to one of the living card sets expiration and an obvious error on the Arnold cards (the backs are all wrong). In each of these instances (and more), I contacted customer service and the corporation chose to ignore my attempts to offer my feedback. To be clear, the individual collectors are simply not important to Topps. I downloaded the app hoping to be able to purchase some of the extremely limited releases (think the Nike SNKRS app). Unfortunately, Topps continues to not value individual collectors. These limited releases will continue to be scooped up by large scale shops. Don’t bother downloading the app.
