I start this off by saying I really wish this would have worked. When I saw the app it immediately gave me throwback vibes to my BlackBerry torch of 2011. Back then they were using weather underground for weather end it worked extremely well. The app itself has a lot of customization as far as appearance goes but the dealbreaker is their new weather provider. Their attempt at current conditions are hilarious. It’s July 13 as I write this and when I was just in Clearwater at 10PM it told me it was 94° even though it was 77 outside. Now I am in Tampa and it says that it is 52. I saw other reviews that mentioned the temperature being off but I did not realize it would be this bad. I uninstalled it and recommend anyone looking at this app to go elsewhere until they do something about the new weather provider.

The layout is one of the best but since switching to dark sky and then the newest source, OpenWeatherMap, the forecasts and real time data are so far off it is comical. As much as 12 degrees for the current day’s forecast and up to several inches of rain or snow now rendering this app totally useless. Please spend the money and go back to weather underground to get accurate data. Your statement claiming that WU data is no longer available is not true, you just don’t want to spend the extra money to use it. I understand they raised the cost substantially but I and many others would be willing to spend a reasonable yearly fee to get accurate data in a nicely laid out app.

Updated 12/21. Still Worst app ever. Had it for years and it’s gone downhill fast. Never updates. Always have to reboot phone for the widget to work. Temperature is 10 degrees off. What’s the point of a weather app if it’s not going to give you the accurate weather. These “developers’ need to find a new line of work or Apple needs to yank this app. Do not waste your money on this if you want a reliable weather app.
