Thank you to Jumbo Security Pro App. Jumbo5 has finally given me a real sense of security, especially during all the uncertainties of today’s online security is the most essential in today’s world…I am forever grateful to Jumbo5 for it’s been the game changer regarding the protection of all my online accounts: emails, telephone number, social media protection. I have learned the most valuable lesson of my life: and the importance of securing your WiFi is so essential to protecting your identity, personal information, and securing my life. I will forever be indebted to Jumbo5 and will be be a lifetime member, I highly recommend their services to everyone, but especially to people like myself who have experienced and still experience the demand to protect oneself in these modern ways that online security breaches happen, and the most important thing, is I can finally breath and sleep knowing that Jumbo5 is doing the work that it is supposed to do, thank you Jumbo Security Pro, for giving me back my health and well being, for it has suffered tremendously and ones health is so important to living a quality life…

Unfortunately, I don't want to delete messages on the Facebook message app. So I stopped the free and or paid services( possibly they give you choices but I personally can't risk it). Those messages provides history of important data that I might want to access the future. You can not have great security, privacy, and convenience. Just my opinion. There has to be a middle ground and compromise depending on the needs of the user. I will try again after the next update. In the past, I stopped using Jumbo5 because some things that I used were broken. I don't really blame the company, after all, it's hard to satisfy everyone and as I said still has convenience. The problem is how does the developer know what is important to the user without a complex set of questions and rules. Hopefully, they came up with a solution next update. It's a great idea and much-needed app if they can get the balance just right. As I said not easy to do. If you don't do things such as play games that require a Facebook link for certain things ( and you understand that they do a certain amount of tracking as payment, if you do ) then this is definitely Jumbo5 for you. Perhaps I should have put that at the top.

I love Jumbo5! It is the one thing that protects your important data and keeps your security from being compromised. Unlike Lifelock and other apps, Jumbo keeps your privacy and data protected and safe.

Here’s a quick story, I had my personal data stolen in 2019 which led to losing thousands of dollars from a scammer. My data had been leaked online from the Sony leak which is how the scammers got my personal data. A friend of mine who is in the cyber-security world told me about the Jumbo app and how it can help monitor and lock down your privacy and data security.

I went into the appstore and downloaded Jumbo and instantly felt better. I scanned my email address for leaks and sure enough found the source of the lost data. After that, it was easy to know which accounts needed to have updated passwords. Jumbo even allows me to enable 2FA on my accounts, archive social media posts, it alerts me when my OS needs to be updated on my device and generally keeps me protected.

I’ve tried a lot of solutions out there since my hack in 2019 and nothing is better - Jumbo is #1 and I love it. Also, when I had an issue, I messaged Jumbo’s support team and they answered that same day and fixed my issue immediately. It’s so rare to talk to genuine and real people these days for support. I can’t recommend Jumbo5 enough if you want to protect your data!

I subscribed to the the service and all seemed well. After a time I started having intermittent LTE and WiFi connectivity problems. I couldn’t keep an internet connection for more than a few seconds. Then after a couple of days the problem went away again for a time only to show up again. Rinse and repeat. I contacted Apple support, went though all trouble shooting steps including a full factory reset. That mostly seemed to fix the issue until after about half an hour, all of my apps had been reloaded. That was my first clue. It occurred to me this began around the time I downloaded Jumbo. I deleted Jumbo5 and haven’t had a problem in 24 hours. More time is needed to be sure it’s the cause, but I strongly suspect somehow it is blocking some exchange needed to connect to websites, or is somehow otherwise interrupting my connection. I’ll will keep it deleted for at least a week and see if the problem re-emerges.

One week in and no more internet connectivity issues. I’m relieved I don’t need to pay for a repair, but disappointed Jumbo5 causes this problem. Developers: pay attention and fix this critical bug!

I just wanted to say I’m really glad that I chose Jumbo5 for personal security, data breaches, online security, so so many helpful tips, suggestions, & information!!! Most of all, I’m very, very thankful for & to every single person who has helped make Jumbo5 more & more successful; And to each & every person who has helped me with any thing whatsoever. I highly recommend Jumbo5. Everyone is extremely nice & hard working!!
Yet recently I am having trouble whenever I open Jumbo5 , so I just wanted to bring this one to the attention of the staff ASAP!! It’s updated to the latest version, so I’m a bit confused? It’s 100% frozen, so I cannot click on any of the buttons nor check any thing important. Please, please help fix this issue or advise me if I need to do anything!

I applaud Jumbo5, and it is definitely worth the money for a large number of people. This service has a lot of worth especially on the plus settings. You can do most of these things on your own but having them pulled together in one app is really helpful. Deleting old Facebook and Twitter posts worked great for me. One thing people should know however is that although their deleted posts are on their phone in the Vault within the Jumbo app, you cannot export them from the Jumbo app. Therefore it is not really “your” data.

I was most interested in the tracking blocker feature, which did not end up working on my iPhone XS. Jumbo Support was responsive but we could not solve the problem.

I see that people are having trouble with the two factor authentication feature, and I would suggest using an established solution such as Authy or Google Authenticator for that critical function.

The developer has helped to get me a fully functioning app, including the tracker blocking, so I have upgraded my review. It has blocked over 2000 trackers this week! If you are worried about your privacy and security on your phone and with the services you use on the web, give Jumbo5 a try. Just make sure you read about what Jumbo5 does before you activate the features!

Jumbo5 is highly rated and looked like the developer is active with support. I installed it and signed up for the 1year subscription for when my trial runs out on reputation alone. I originally ran into a freezing bug at Google’s setup screen where Jumbo5 freezes and eventually crashed every time. I sent them a support request on their site and heard nothing for days. I followed up here with a less than good review (very few of these for Jumbo5!) and the developer apologized, had me write them again directly (they could not find my original email), and sent a follow up email. They said they were aware of the bug, It was already fixed, and was awaiting App Store approval – in the meantime, they gave me a workaround and my setup worked perfectly. I’m now running VPN on my phone full-time and feeling confident.

Pretty much everyone knows Facebook and Google are tracking posts, searches, etc. to learn more about you for better more relevant ads right?

It’s what you don’t know that’s the scary part... or maybe your like me and you should know but just kind of chose not to think about it. All of those cookies we agree to and terms of services that are incomprehensible actually mean something, and we, the users, should be paying better attention.

Jumbo in its magnificent simplicity, does an amazing job of showing and breaking down the exorbitant amount of trackers that follow you around the web.

AWS basically runs the internet, and tracks literally everything you do online. They then sell that data to third parties who resell it to other parties who sell it again.

By implementing a VPN “automagically” and guiding you through simple steps to secure your accounts across the internet with the click of a button, even grandma can take back control of her privacy from Bezos.

Well done Jumbo team. I’m proud to be a customer, and grateful for the ability to SIMPLY be in control of my own data.

I’ve never been a big fan of ad’s, but the Jumbo ad’s were different. I’ll admit, I was skeptical about it at first, but as the ad’s kept popping up, I decided to go and read some of the reviews/thoughts about Jumbo5 in Jumbo5 Store, and it was then I realized that Jumbo5 was helping to protect a lot of people. I’ll admit, when looking at the reviews, I would see one that says Jumbo5 is horrible every now and then just like every other app/game out there, but around 95% of the reviews were about as positive as they come. If you were to come up to me and ask me, “If you were recommend an app that protects your online data, what app would you recommend,” my first recommendation would be Jumbo, so definitely check it out.

I subscribed to Jumbo and dropped my previous VPN as it offered a number of well thought out and unique features . In a world where corporations are selling and tracking personal data we all need protection. The ability to remove old social media posts in a world of “ cancel culture” is another level of protection and becoming a necessity. In addition preventing all of the major players like Google, Facebook, Messenger and Instagram from tracking you secretly and sharing your data with advertisers and other forms of data mining is an added feature that is awesome! It is just not a VPN but the whole package that everyone will find invaluable in todays anti privacy environment. Don’t be victimized- get Jumbo today .

Previously, when using Jumbo to scan Facebook today, I got locked out of my FB account - FB keeps asking me for my phone number ... which I had never given them. And FB keeps saying it doesn’t recognize the browser I’m using. I was locked out of my FB account. Basically, the problem is that FB will lock you out if you choose to use a VPN and you don’t want to give them your phone number. This isn’t Jumbo’s fault. They responded quickly to my inquiries and steered me to a help page, which meant I got back on FB just in time to notice a family member had died, far out of state. I commend Jumbo for helping me and I wish I could continue using their excellent app, but I can’t do without Facebook right now. All that said,I wish Atelier all the best. After the VPN bug was squashed, Jumbo5 is back to doing a great job. The idea of identity insurance is interesting but I would like to know more info about the company behind it and I would also know what info I would have to disclose before going forwards… what happens after activate? Do I have to give my SSN? It would be a little weird to give that sort of info to a privacy app. Never heard of Identity Force but some other identity theft companies are rather sketchy so a lot more info would be required for me to use a service like this.

One feature that would be interesting is for an app that would manage cookies. Remove unnecessary cookies and modify cookies that do too much tracking to the minimum possible. Also, offer to quarantine cookies for sites that don’t offer minimal tracking cookies.

Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews. I’m too lazy. But I felt I had to let the world know how great Jumbo is. I downloaded it because I was tired of getting targeted ads, and people using my browsing history to make money. Jumbo blocks on average 2.5 THOUSAND ad trackers a week. Your personal data should NOT be a commodity!!!
The price for Pro they ask for is fair, a month subscription is a tad expensive but the year is a fair price for the amount of protection you get.
I haven’t even mentioned the customer service yet. It is the BEST. I’ve never had a more genuinely enjoyable and easy customer service experience ever.
My advice: download Jumbo a try out free 7 days of pro. You won’t regret it.

Best security app I can find not only that but even lets you try it for free and you pay what you want if you want to that awesome the only think I could find that would make Jumbo5 even better and I really had to look to find a way was to be able to check and change the location for your VPN bc in order to play a certain game you have to be In a certain state and I’m not in it so I’m going to have to download a different VPN app and disconnect this one when I want to play it and reconnect when I’m done if I remember which is a drag but if your reading this definitely give Jumbo5 a try you won’t regret it real talk !!

I had an issue with the payment for their full service after the trial. I had specifically asked one if their service reps if I could pay monthly or did I have to pay the full amount? I was told that I could monthly. So, I kept Jumbo5 . The trial ran out and I get an alert that $99 had just been deducted from my checking account. So, I reached out to Jumbo through email- fully expecting to not get a reply until at least tomorrow, if they responded at all. Within an hour I had a reply- they had refunded my $99 and set me up on monthly pay. They also extended my free trial for the rest of the month. Their app is useful and their customer service is GREAT!

It’s really a shame that features that used to be free are now paid. I have been using Jumbo for a while with little problems, and have always liked that it was able to easily clear my history from various services.
I understand that people need to make money, but I don’t like that I now have to either pay for services that were once free, or (presumably) give up those services.

Edited - Jumbo pushed a message out today stating that customers who were already using their services will have free access to Jumbo Plus (which includes some of the features that were previously free). I have adjusted my rating to 5 stars.

I’ve been using Jumbo for 2 and a half years and I can safely say this is a must-have for everyone! The team behind Jumbo5 is extremely generous! I contacted them explaining my current financial situation as a college student and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate me with the most affordable option for Jumbo5 ! It really showed me how dedicated the team is to helping out all of their users. They truly care about helping people protect their privacy and are willing to go to great lengths in making sure every person has the opportunity to protect themselves, no matter their situation.

I enjoy what Jumbo5 does, it makes you aware of so much stuff that tracks you, it is not a completely free service but I think the security is worth paying for.

***why I had to delete Jumbo5 :***
After my free trial ended I would go back in to just scan my email and apps. I then noticed my phone would barely hold a connection to wifi or to my 5g. I couldn’t even load a simple google search so I searched all over for what it could be for days, looked online, deleted apps, restarted my phone multiple times etc. I deleted Jumbo5 out of curiosity to see if it was messing with my phone because it’s a VPN. My phone immediately went back to normal, my wifi and 5g are working just as they were before I downloaded Jumbo5 .

Really love someone is taking the time to make this issue prominent and front and center, however I could not ever finish setup. Your mileage may vary, but for a subscription this is crazy unacceptable - a website would not crash in this way and you don’t have that as you only get Jumbo5 . Also, you can’t seem to add your email aliases so you only get to check one email and number (no google voice or home / voip numbers).

After getting to the “Instagram” phase I noticed it stalled and eventually unexpectedly quit. Re-opening app resulting starting over at step 1 - LinkedIn. It crashes whether you skip or re-login with saved account. Rebooted iPhone X running latest non-beta OS (13.6.1). Same experience. Sigh. 64 GB free local storage.

All I can say is not ready for prime time, but the marketing images and branding looks tip top.

I like Jumbo5 a lot. Consolidating the cleanup for apps is nice. The blocker tracking is very helpful. Causes some confusion in 2FA with which Authenticator is in charge of an app. But workable. The biggest complaint I have is frequent vpn performance issues. Sometimes response times for simple stuff eg email is incredibly slow sometimes no response. I’ve been waiting for email to finish checking mail for 10 minutes on an iPad. I shutoff the vpn on my iPhone 7 and it comes back immediately so there appears to be choke point in your vpn architecture. Haven’t been able to determine a pattern eg time
Of day etc. still worth the price though.

Im very big on digital privacy and security. So I use end-to-end encrypted messengers, VPN services on all my devices, password managers, and encrypted email services. Im more than happy to have found this amazing app, and with the upmost respect, It is valuable. So valuable, that I initially wanted Jumbo5 to cost money on Jumbo5 store to support the creators and developers.

However, after finding out that Jumbo+ was an upcoming thing, I grinned with excitement in the middle of class, I got strangers looking at my weird now, but they don't understand how happy I was to know that even more features and privacy settings we're coming.

I completed the survey, and I'm hoping that although the application is valuable, the developers will take into consideration the survey results and keep the price low! If I can pay for a
1.99 application that can assist me in keep my digital footsteps to a minimum, I would urge everyone I meet to buy it, without hesitation. Love Jumbo5 , love the devs, love the initiative, and love what Jumbo5 stands for.

Skeptical at first, and read a lot of Reviews. 2 factor authentication can be a good thing BUT, when you feel sorry for a family member and lend them one of your older phones that’s also tied to your email account, NOT a good thing,,,NOT a good thing to do at all,,,. Still a battle but the (2 factor) is gone and deff, helps with the FB / Messenger thing as well. Mind & Body deff, at ease. Hope no ones going thru, a situation like this, and I’m very Sorry but this here, is (Hope) and the beginning for the way uP. Stay strong and keep your head up. This is the place to START,,???

So when I logged into Facebook from Jumbo5 to delete my searches history etc.. it posted on my timeline about Jumbo5. I never said that was ok. So I’m just wondering how many more things they are doing when I log in to my other social media apps and emails like google. What is jumbo doing in the background and are they posting on my google+?(like I use google plus, but it’s just an example. Is there some transparency on how they delete this stuff or go through your accounts to find these things? Idk. Other then that, there app is super easy to read and understand.

I can’t stop raving about Jumbo. Seriously.
Not only do I feel at ease knowing that my security online is evolving for my benefit, I also feel supported by the seamless nature of “in-app” actions.
Jumbo has made it r e d i c u l o u s l y easy to change my settings, and I recommend it to all my clients who are eager to shift the way the internet interacts with their information.

Jumbo5 is amazing I’m so happy I got it. If you don’t have it you need to get it to see exactly what google is doing it’s absolutely creepy i just wanna know who thought this was a good idea how is it legal for them to sell your data and we don’t get a dime from it it’s not gonna be long from now when they have us in concentration camps and everybody’s gonna be wondering how it happened if you don’t know now you know google is trying to take over the world

Jumbo5 is amazing!! I could purge my internet life and protect it with just a few taps thanks to it. The only issue is the amount of storage space it occupies after saving a copy of deleted tweets and fb posts directly in the vault section. Probably the ability to delete data in the vault after syncing to dropbox or moving to my pc through the iTunes app will make Jumbo5 much better. In the meantime it will continue being a brilliant piece of software.

I bought $9 pro for LinkedIn checks (it was worth it), but I do not really have an incentive to keep paying that much.
I would gladly pay you $3/ month for ongoing support.
I do not think I’ll continue with the $9 plan. That’s basically netflix.
I do not know as many tinfoil hat nerds that would pay $9/month as I know friends and family that would trust me for $1/ month.

Jumbo5 has the ability to have messenger and Facebook listed, unfortunately unbeknownst to me, signing in to Facebook reactivated my account. Noticing all the information I requested to be deleted still in tact on Facebook, it shows the value of Jumbo5 even more, but please add a web app or background work. I have over a decades worth of content you’re attempting to delete for me.

I just wanted to say I love Jumbo5 and all of the little details and stuff that you can do, the layout is great. and I read the thing about y'all going carbon neutral. and I support anyone who takes the steps to help the environment. Overall an amazing app that I think everyone should at least try.

An app like Jumbo should be on everyone’s phone. You may or may not care about your privacy but at least you should be fully aware of what information is being shared. The way it helps users set up 2fa if you don’t have it already and the different type of rcommendations are a breeze. Keep it up!

I like it how you guys decide to create two different subscriptions, with a smooth UI experience and clean experience without the annoying bugs from last version. I would like it for to include Snapchat in the Jumbo Plus so it could add more control on the security and privacy on Snapchat. I would seriously consider subscribing with you!

This product is so easy to use, and saved me major time going into each social account to manipulate a million privacy settings. Jumbo makes everything a simple “yes,” or “no” when it comes data privacy, and I love it. Highly recommend. Honestly, this is how easy it actually SHOULD be.

Good app. Very easy to set up. The Alexa section is confusing as it doesn’t seem to give you an option to get out of it. But no big deal. I don’t have Facebook or instagram so I wish I could tell it to stop showing me the need to fix them. Can’t wait for the LinkedIn section to be rolled out.

“Take back control” sounds a lot like Brexit campaign but I still like it. Those companies will say you own your data but they do not make privacy control transparent and easy to access. I think Jumbo just filled that gap. I love what I can do with Jumbo5. Here my generous 5 stars and kudos to Jumbo team!!

After listening to a podcast on Jumbo5 and it's accessibility with VoiceOver, I've decided to give Jumbo5 a try, and, it helped me protect my facebook/google/amazon info. Wow! Jumbo5 is highly recommended. I hope Jumbo5 continues to get updates, and also becomes more accessible as time goes on.
