Liking it

I have been using the 6lb ball for about a month now and have only worked up to 10 min easy at this point although I have started adding wrist weights and stretch band around my legs. This has been a fun, quick way to add on to other workouts. The ball read was iffy today on my last 3 drills. The app needs an option to to send feedback during the workout that the ball is not reading. Nothing worse than doing the exercises anyway and the app can’t let you manually add your reps completed - disappointing to see an incomplete workout summary. Anyhow, keep making improvements, DU! Your customer support on Facebook ha been great when I’ve reached out.

Good exercise, bad app recognition

I love the exercises. They’re short and fun enough that I look forward to them. I am a little sore the next day but not so much so that I am in pain. However, I think i do 1/3-1/2 more reps than asked for because the app doesn’t recognize when the ball “hits” the target every time. I’m trying to figure out whether it’s what side races the phone, my speed, the lighting in my room, or something else. So far none of these has seemed to make any difference. Sometimes I have to get completely out of the form to make the app recognize that the ball is directly over the target on the screen. It’s frustrating.

Work outs get you sweating

The works will get you sweating for sure. I had some issues with the app working properly at first but then figured out to just swing the ball through the targets instead of trying to hit them and make the target switch. The app could use some work. I really don’t like the new change to having each exercise finish related to time vice when I hit the total number of reps I should hit. There should at least be an option to go by time or reps. Maybe there is but I could not find that setting.
