Saw this app on Facebook and and clicked the download button to see what it was about. The next thing I know a messages pops up that said “thank you for your subscription.” And just like that, $75 was changed to my checking account. I was only trying to learn more about the app. I immediately canceled thinking I would get my money back, but no; they kept the money and the services are still canceled. I did not see the terms and conditions on Facebook, but when I went to the App Store and searched for this app, I read the terms and it stated that regardless of whether you use the app, they will not refund. There are 3 price levels for the subscription; weekly, monthly, and yearly (not visible on Facebook) and I was charged the highest...yearly. Please be careful with those ads on FB because the App Store allows you to see what’s going on but the ads on Facebook are very deceitful. I’ve learned my lesson and I’m going to spread the word about this app to anyone who will listen.

I have the same experience as the other person Who titles his as a scam, saw the ads wanted to learn more so I clicked on it & immediately recieved a thank you for purchase & I was charged $76. I didn’t intend to sign up or purchase but was charged anyway, I immediately canceled but it still took the money and says I can use the app for a year, but I don’t want it. If it scans you into buying I’m guessing everything it does is a scam and not truthful. I’ve requested a refund through apple and through my bank and I will dispute the charge if needed! BEWARE of even clicking on the app icon for more info. The only info you’ll get is that you purchased it without even knowing!! A complete ripoff in my opinion and knowing this I have know interest in knowing anything else about it!!

Zero isn’t an option. This would be -5 stars. Fraud: the ad for the app was cool animated detailed scan with cool detailed information(life expectancies, number of children). The actual scan is fake. I scanned my hand and my foot and got EXACTLY the same vague non detailed scores. Scam when I clicked on plam read I was instantly charged for a subscription. No verification of purchase just instant charge. Did I mention said palm reader evidently sees the same lines it is ‘analyzing’ in the top of my foot that it sees in my hand? Developers do not care. There have been numerous reviews with my same complaints and the developers response was litterally a form letter thanking them for purchasing and laying out a few trashy features along with an email for contacting them. Not an ‘I am sorry you think our app is trash and you were suckers for falling for it. We will try to do better’. Just a BS form letter neither taking ownership of their trash nor offering remedy for their unscrupulous actions.
