The search is over!

You guys have done a PHENOMENAL job with this. I’ve tried 4-5 other budgeting apps in the last year or so, hoping that one would stick but they all ended up just being re-skinned clones of each other, whereas yours is refreshingly unique. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it you’re golden. My absolute favorite aspect is that I’m not bombarded with advertisements trying to get me to sign up for credit cards I don’t need, and bless your hearts for not doing that. I was more than happy to pay for the yearly subscription because I really think you guys are going to go a long way with this, between the wonderful UI and the regular updates, this really should be the golden standard for other developers. 10 stars for you, Glen Coco.

Best Budgeting App Available

I was a LONG TIME Mint & Personal Capital user. Mint for personal spending, personal capital for investment tracking. Both of those services were adequate for what I was trying to accomplish but the platforms became clunky and ad-heavy over time. Accounts wouldn’t consistently sync, some accounts would get disconnected. It just became a less than optimal user experience. Enter this app. Most people would be turned off by the $3/month cost. I can tell you that this app is worth WAY more than that each month. I hope they don’t read this but the app is excellent. Transactions update immediately, the UX is fun and intuitive, and it does a great job of helping your stay on track and enjoy the ‘gruelling task known as budgeting’

Finally what I needed

With multiple accounts (over a dozen) between checking, saving, brokerage, insurance, etc this app has greatly aided us in visualizing our expenditures holistically finally. My banks and financial services all had similar options but none including the major banks had the UI/UX of this app. The ability to quickly create rules, categories, and group them together leads to optimizing visualization of our personal finances like never before. They are largely integrated to most services and banks. The two major accounts you need work arounds for are the Apple Card and TSP. I hope this small team gets traction, use and continues to develop this app, I prefer this immensely over Mint. The subscription so far has been worth it. I don’t trust freemium models with personal finance information even if “anonymized” and “de-personalized” as claimed by others. Also their customer support service is lightning fast and helpful, almost working like personal finance tech consultants, Sarah in particular has responded to several of my questions with great satisfaction. Keep up the great work!
