Finally!!

I love this app so much. I don't have to pay unless I choose to. And it has leg and thigh workouts advance and not advance and both have 30 days it teach how much weight you lose and if you get scared about putting in your weight it's ok you can always delete your data. I love this app so much would get again.

I absolutely love this app!!! First of all, this app is completely free! Next when you choose a type of weight loss every day it gives you different exercises for a month, then when you put your weight in it tells you if you are underweight, normal, or overweight. Overall great app, definitely recommend it👍🏻

This. Is. The. Best. App. EVER!!! Tbh I was a little skeptical at first since there were no reviews on this app, but since I started my diet and started using this app for almost a month I already started gaining a thigh gap. Super happy and would highly recommend. 👍👍👍
