REPORTING TO CFPB right now! Called 8 times now to remove a fraud charge of $421 from a target in another state. System or person hung up after 40 minutes each time. The second charge was blocked when I got notification via text. I am in escrow so my balance should be and needs to be zero. I can’t even get a temporary credit. Opening a dispute is useless.
2nd issue: Bungee America charged $248 which I disputed. I cancelled the charge 6 hours after my minor went online ordering a service never rendered. Mercury lies that the vendor said I used the services. Not true. Vendor I did offer to extend the tickets a few months but my son lives in Portland and won’t be back until next summer. This does not constitute services rendered. Even though it states no refunds, there’s a 24 hours to cancelation by law for online or phone orders plus my son is under age. I did not make the order. I do not recommend this card after this experience! I will be closing this account. I have too many accts not being used and don’t need an annual fee.

I currently own a card with Mercury. They target people with low credit score, and at first it is good because it really helped with the credit. However, this company does not give increases to your credit, they are not registered like other credit card companies, QuickBooks doesn’t recognize them, nerd wallet doesn’t recognize them, and it takes them forever to report your credit changes. For a beginner with very very crappy credit this is a good card service. They do not protect the customers from fraud, in fact or blatantly apathetic about it. So when you apply you are applying for a card to build your credit and nothing more. Whatever they start you out it is what you will stay at for years. It has already been two years for me and still no credit increase and I can’t connect it to my QuickBooks like I can with the other ones. So think twice before you apply for this company

I love the card, MercuryCards , and the customer service! Best card to get when your starting out or trying to build/rebuild credit. They offer cash rewards that u can use to pay your monthly mins!! Amazing company and service!

I like the card my only issue is why haven’t you guys updated your services to the apple wallet(Apple Pay)?? Every other service has a apple wallet that would boost you guys up in a big way.

I love this card! I used it for a couple of months and they increased my credit right away. I started with a $500 limit and they increased it to $1,500. I have no issues with MercuryCards . Like with everything I make my payments during the week so that I can see it reflected right away. So far the best

The oculus update and it’s features do not work for my life style. I understand why it was done but should be a separate application. Or a feature that can be off/on. The old version was straightforward and with less steps to pay. MercuryCards design has confused me about my statement close dates etc it was saying I was past due but then it said I was not. Either way I will stop using the card. Due to the poor app design. Your poor design will not undo what I have built!!

After months of use MercuryCards keeps telling me with a notification that it has a security expiration and I need to update app. I go to App Store and no update is available and it just gives the open button. Hit the open button and back to the same problem. I can’t access my app. I’ve tried uninstalling and that doesn’t help either a fresh install and immediately the update app notification appears.

I received a prequalified creditline and was pleasantly surprised to see how simple it was to get started. I am also blind so I was worried about the ease of MercuryCards to use with voice over, but so far no issues! I would so far recommend.

Try sending a Money Order or a check, but make sure you mail it by return receipt. That way you have proof they did receive it.

If you were use to the last version, the oculus version will make you question updating your apps. More than half the useful info was eliminated from the home screen. Technically, everything I have tried works. It is just more of a change than I like to see. Especially in a banking app.

I am puzzled about those negative reviews. I have this card for a couple of years now and never experienced any problem. MercuryCards is wonderful and easy to navigate.

Was skeptical based on reviews, but I received a pre-approved mailer for $4000. I applied and was approved instantly. Already setup my online access and can see $4000 credit limit.

App looks great after refresh and easy payment options.

Mercury has helped me in improving my credit. They were very generous with my limit as well. I’m on my way to improving my score, thanks to Mercury.

Before even signing in the “ agreement” clearly states that they cannot protect your information & that you are entering MercuryCards at your own risk!? Ummm, No! I didn’t get past the 1st agreement! I appreciate their honesty but, I would much rather be safe than sorry because I don’t have much but I definitely don’t want to risk anything!

I used the website with my iPhone 6S Plus and was happy when MercuryCards came out, but I couldn't log in to it, even though my UN and PWD worked fine on the website. I just received and set up my iPhone 11 and I was able to log in, but it continuously buffers when I'm at the part where I have to Agree to policies, etc. I cannot get past this point.

I am giving 4 starts because everything else is great. But I wish I could straightly log into my app without typing my password every time.

I am legally informing you a letter with A final bill/ payment was mailed to your corporate office. You never sent a bill which would reflect the payments made as requested since January.

I owe you less than $550 and won’t pay a dime until you accept that is the only amount due.

Don’t get a CC with these guys. Fraud happened on my account. It took them a month to take the charge off which took 17 points from my credit. Then they decided that I didn’t provide enough proof? Of someone stealing my CC? So now I have to pay for somehthing I didn’t do and my credit takes a hit? These people are criminal.

It does everything I need. Was able to make a payment in minutes. Very user friendly!!

You need to be careful with MercuryCards. Because I've been charged twice when I used it to making payments. It has happened to me thrice. Never happened on computer. Use your computer instead of MercuryCards to make payment.

Very simple to use and making payments is easy.

Cannot make payment through app. When going to enter the payment amount, no keyboard shows up to enter the amount then MercuryCards crashes/closes.

Since the most recent update - app won’t move past the load screen for esign document. Endless attempt to load the document. Cannot get into MercuryCards at all. Worked fine before but TOTALLY USELESS at this point !

Great app. Easy to navigate and do what I need to on my account.

It keeps forcing me to enter my annual income. I enter it and then it logs me out. When I try to go back in it does the same thing. I can’t even open MercuryCards ! Complete garbage. Don’t waste your time!

I’ve tried logging in 10 times with no luck. MercuryCards makes me reset my password after several login failures.

When I open MercuryCards I put my user name and password in and it says agree to license agreement and just spins and won’t go past that. I tried numerous times

Please allow saving a debit card on file!

I’ve tried 5 times to log in and can’t. I have my password that I use on the computer and it doesn’t work. Useless!

Fingerprint does not work. My iphone 8plus rejects the security choice and I don't have a jailbroken phone.

Unable to log on. Tried using MercuryCards numerous of times,but,no such luck. I’ll continue to use the website.

MercuryCards is completely unusable, as your session expires immediately upon logging in. Absolutely the worst banking app ever.
