MyFamily is horrible. I purchased it to track my son on a cross-country road trip. For the first week that he was gone, it said that his location was at home. Once it finally found him, a full week later, his location is now stuck where it found him. It has been 2 days since it’s located him again.

This is a terrible app. I’ve written emails to the developer twice requesting a refund, since I’m not getting the service I paid for, and have not received any response back. Please! Developer- if you are reading this, please! I am again, requesting a refund! MyFamily is NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE I PAID FOR. A refund is fair and justified.

MyFamily presents as being able to have a free trial for 7 days but then once you get MyFamily you are automatically charged and fine print after downloading says no free trial. It also speak of a free version in the fine print but there is no option for it. If you try to send an email within MyFamily to customer service it will not work. I am most disappointed with being able to give this a try before committing to it. The initial experience has been so bad I have reservations on whether it works well for tracking where my children are.

My husband’s and My phone are linked. He gets notifications when I am driving and when I arrive places. It shows my history but won’t show his at all. It won’t show he’s at work, still shows he’s at home more than an hour after he leaves. I have tried to email for support and it says the email is full. It immediately charged me and didn’t wait until after the 7 day trial. My husband had to pay too. Not impressed.

MyFamily does not provide notifications at all. It does not update location. If it does it’s hours later. Missing gaps of time. It says 7 day free trial; but I was charged immediately. Now that I was charged, it stopped working and just spins and spins and freezes until I power cycle my phone. Worst app experience, especially for a paid app. Enough that I’m writing a review about it. Especially with as important and MyFamily is needed. I’d like my money back. I’m getting a different app.

I use MyFamily for my two boys. Worked great for over a year. Then all of a sudden I keep getting a pop up as for purchasing MyFamily , which I already pay for every 3 months with auto pay. Now it is crap, won't work. Customer service is horrible. I have emailed them twice no response. Totally frustrated!!

It is impossible to cancel with them. I have emailed three times and have gotten no response. On top of that they charged for a subscription to my husbands phone and mine so we were double charged for the same account. I will have to put a dispute in with my bank. Do not put a customer service email if you don’t answer emails!

I accidentally deleted MyFamily and when I downloaded it again I tried to use the “restore “link because I have previously purchased this. It would be nice if I could include a screenshot of the error message that it shows me. It says

“response content type text/html does not match any acceptable types application/json”.

Gah. Frustrating.

I ordered MyFamily on my phone and my daughter’s phone without enough research. It stated there is a 3 day trial but when I went to cancel… there is NO option ANYWHERE to cancel…. Not even a phone number for help to call!!! Very user unfriendly!!! I have written 3 emails to them asking how I do I cancel and have not received one email back!!

Can you guys stop doing the promotion y can’t I just use I time or two because when I use it it keep me like telling me do promotions again, again

Fantastic app

I subscribed to MyFamily and tried it for a couple of days and was totally unable to make it work. So I tried cancelling the membership after 2 days using the 2 email addresses given in the signup agreement...1 was returned by a totally different company and the other address rejected by the email server. I will have to reject the charge in my credit card.

Basically, you can’t play unless you pay them. And they hope you procrastinate for a payment or two. It steals more data from your device than Fb. I’ll use MyFamily that appears just before this one

Don’t advertise as free…. If the second MyFamily opens, it ask for payment. That’s very misleading. And, bc of that reason, you’ll have more people to delete/uninstall your app as quick as they downloaded it.

Stopped working within the first 24 hours! My son is sitting in the house with me and it is telling me that he is at the location where he was 12 hours prior!

There is nowhere on MyFamily to cancel w/in the trial 3 day period. I tried writing the support email and it bounced back w unknown name. Now I’ll have the hassle of waiting for the bill and stopping payment.

I would give 0 stars if I could. MyFamily doesn’t allow for family use, and is so not user friendly.

They will tell you that you will get a free trail but later ask you to make a payment for the first time. How would we know that it works or not?

I reached out to app team support a week ago no one has gotten back with me yet. MyFamily is not working correctly. No one seems to care.

I have a free family tracker gps app that is awesome and did i mention it’s FREE.
These ppl must be crazy charging for a gps app. And all the idiots who actually paid for it

MyFamily is nice but didn’t get all I wanted from it. Saw a review about a pro-hacker named Clark I contacted him via climaxxsaint at gmail com. He helped me get complete access to my spouses device, location tracking, text messages, WhatsApp, Imessage, everything in the package I chose. He is well mannered.

Who in the F-CK signed my Apple ID up for a year subscription without me asking for it?? If I hadn’t checked that email, this P.O.S. app, and company would have changed me $80. For what? Using a service that is provided by other app for free.
