Weight trading exercises good/ constant selling of supplements annoyingly poor
I paid for the exercise regimen upfront and have found good results. The supplement information may be helpful should one decide to purchase. The endless “commercials”, some close to an hour, are quite annoying. Perhaps consider providing quick, to-the-point, valuable information for individuals to acquire the information in a quick data-share. Otherwise, the exercise training is much valued for the 90 day lesson purchased.

Amazing results!
This app is pure gold! I stumbled upon it after recommendation from a friend and it has made a drastic difference in my health and over all fitness. I feel better, look better, I can run around longer with my son. I went looking for a system that can show my step by step exactly what to do and help me get in shape. Fantastic Program
First workout program I’ve ever purchased and I don’t regret it. Allows me to put faith in myself and remove a lot of doubt from the equation. Mr. Sant explains pretty much every aspect of his program so thoroughly and it makes sense as I can relate what he says to my own knowledge of workouts (as a middle/high school and college athlete). Recommend it for everybody who wants to sculpt a body they're proud of.
