Paid for access and none given
Less than 24 hours after paying for access to full app it’s now showing that I only have the free access. Requested contact from customer service and can only interact with bot.

You destroyed your 5 star worthy app
Im only giving this 2 stars because they destroyed their app recently. I used this app back in February of 2021 to get my class a with all the endorsements and the app was amazing no problems worked great, studied for 3 days and passed first try. Now when im studying the app bugs out, questions wont load or the answers will bug and all of them will be wrong? Whats the point in using the app if you cant learn the right answer or even know the question. Not to mention the number of grammatical errors in a-lot of the questions and answers and the way the answers are set up to be misleading. This app was a 5 star in 2021 best app there was to study now I’d barely give it a 3.

Bug needs fixing
I’ve liked this app, but I’m running into a problem at the General knowledge practice test 14, the question about the vehicle distance ahead of you says all four answers are incorrect and won’t let you go any further?? Then I’ve tried to go to the app support page and it will not load no matter what I do, it’s been doing this since last night.
