It’s still freebies but c’mon!!
It would be much better if they just had a stamp card, where you just buy 10 drinks and get the next one for free! You have to spend $100 just to redeem a basic Simplicitea.

Points don’t transfer & not redeemable
I set up an account as a returning rewards member to redeem the points from the old reward system and none of the points transferred even though at the store they told me it would. Once this app switched to this new system, they printed me a receipt so I could put the new points on the app. I didn’t get a chance to enter the barcode receipt until 6 days later and I couldn’t redeem the points because the receipt was “too old” even though it hasn’t even been a week since I made the purchase....
