Vocabulary Builder by Atlas Reviews

VocabularyBuilder is definitely worth a try if you eager to extend your vocabulary but one thing that’s bothering me is in the personal words flash cards there’s option to change whether the word is on the front or definition, translation, etc but for someone reason it doesn’t allow me to change anything. I’d really prefer to have the definition on the front of the card that way I can guess the word. I hope someone sees this and makes changes. Otherwise VocabularyBuilder is amazing.

A humanized, user-friendly vocabulary learning app like this should have a more humanized pronunciation functionality I suppose. So why not use dictionary audios, or human pronunciations from forvo instead? Guys, the robotic automatic reading(from google, I guess) might work but isn’t a good enough solution to help people master the words phonologically. It doesn’t match the tremendous effort you’ve made with this product and it won’t just satisfy the needs of a conscientious learner.

I don’t have a problem with the vocabulary sections, although the synonyms are a bit wonky and could be used better. My main issue is the “Phrasal Verbs” section. For instance; when grading the participant based on their ability to make assumptions. Specifically, the Phrasal section teaches you what it means to “Run into someone” and then used “running into” without presenting the past-tense. It’s paramount that all possibilities are made obvious for the inexperienced. Other than the mediocre synonyms/variety, VocabularyBuilder is decent.

It’s a good app, my only prob is with the type-in section. Wish it gave us a chance to lock in our answer before marking it wrong or right. I type very quickly and make an accidental typo and I automatically lose points. Otherwise I like it!

I like what I see. VocabularyBuilder had so far being going the same direction as my thought process. I do agree with the level of my proficiency. I do however worry was I not trying my best to beat VocabularyBuilder ? An app, unbeatable… I have dreams

I really enjoy VocabularyBuilder and am learning lots of new words. VocabularyBuilder presents the words through definitions, synonyms (choose the ones that match or don’t match), matching (fill in thd blank in the sentence), and spelling. What a lovely variety!

So far it gave me a placement test, which was fun to do. I have high hopes that my vocabulary will increase by using VocabularyBuilder! Thanks so much for making it 😃

I love the potential of VocabularyBuilder! But you have to pay for a subscription after writing only two words!! I have 20 words to memorize in 2 days and only being able to write two words without paying is unbelievable. I am sorry but I do not recommend for people who don’t subscribe to apps like this.

There’s a bug where I would delete words but they’re still notified and it kinda messes up everything

Love VocabularyBuilder . You learn new words everyday. Unfortunately I had to delete VocabularyBuilder because from a distance the logo of VocabularyBuilder looks like “Tinder” girlfriend didn’t believe it wasn’t. Even showed her around VocabularyBuilder . Thanks.

Your service offers absolutely nothing that can’t be found for free with a simple search on google. You can only study 5 words in each category at a time until you’re asked to open your wallet. Haha! What a joke.

Great concept but it’s all behind a pay wall. I would happily pay money for a good product, but it just feels scammy when VocabularyBuilder is free to download but all the content is payed. Makes me feel like you think I’m stupid. Poopy poopy fart fart.

Please Fix ASAP unable to get refunded just downloaded last week, deleted app, tried to end subscription in VocabularyBuilder Store 😡 why is this so difficult. I’m on a fixed income your App is taking food from my table!!!!! Please fix ASAP

I like VocabularyBuilder , I wish you were able to view all the words that you have learned.

VocabularyBuilder is easy to use and yes it does help! But as I was going along and doing the courses, I found many misspellings and improper grammar for some sentences. Otherwise it is a great app!

Great app that I’m using daily

I'm getting more and more annoyed of apps that make you think it's free to begin with and then try to charge you after you wasted your time downloading it...... Deleted it...

some of the “correct” answers are wrong. some of the sentences on the “fill in the gap” section of the quizzes can also be erroneous. but really good app so far. learning a lot and getting my money’s worth. thank you.

Exercises and content are very good. Best for vocab study.

برنامه بسیار خوبیه واسه افزایش دایره لغات انگلیسی ، ولی اشتباه کردم نزدیک ۹ دلار واسش پول دادم ، باید خیلی راحت از نسخه هک شده استفاده می کردم ، بدون وجود تبلیغات اعصاب خرد کن ، اخه آدم ۹ دلار پول بده یه اپ رو بخره بعد وسطش لحظه به لحظه تبلیغات اعصاب خرد کن رو اعصابت راه بره ؟؟؟؟!!!! واقعا جالبه بخدا
